Already planning our next trip! + Extremely clean facilities with the most beautiful views. Super fun atmosphere. There’s always something to do! Very convenient to everything. Rooms cleaned and beds made every day. I absolutely recommend and cannot wait to come back! Elezar was the best waiter ever! Super friendly and so fun to be around!

Just NO + This was the worst resort experience I've ever had. The food (all inclusive or not) was terrible and cheap. The rooms are big but as basic as can be. No coffee or tea access in the room despite a coffee pot. You would need to call a golf cart taxi to take you to a food location to get coffee or tea or order room service (for an extra charge). Despite advertised (on web, on app and hotel AI) there are adults only locations and pools, there are not. And if you ask about it, when you get to an adults only spot, the employees state they don't speak english. You cannot order an Uber, you can take a hotel shuttle to another sister property and uber from their. They charge to use the tennis courts. Pickleball doesn't exist despite stating they have new dedicated courts. There are lines, kids, bad 'musack' everywhere. It's like being at a cheap Disney resort. I feel sorry for the timeshare holders. This sounds harsh but I'm not even listing all the issue.

Great + Angel at the main pool was the best server we’ve had in the 20 years coming here!!! He’s great with the kids and our whole family. Very attentive and checked on us throughout the day.

Repeat Visit Delivers Same Great Service + We had another wonderful stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, and one of the highlights was once again the outstanding service at The Market and the Kid’s Pool. Francisco was great as always in the kid’s pool bar along with Ignacio who both took great care of us this year as they have the last two times we have visited. A special thank you to Edgar and Juan, who consistently went above and beyond throughout our stay. Their attention to detail, friendly personalities, and genuine care made every breakfast and meal enjoyable. They remembered the little things, anticipated what we needed, and always made us feel welcome. What made the experience even more special is that both Edgar and Juan were also here during our visit two years ago. It was great to see the same high level of service and professionalism. Great place, better people + Absolutely incredible experience. Beautiful views, great amenities. Would definitely come again. Also have to shout out Elias Torres, one of the workers. I told him my name on the first day, he remembered every time I saw him, greeted me with a smile and we were able to have great conversations on every ride. He made the stay significantly better.

Being with our family was great… the resort in general not so much… nothing was easy at the resort! + Okay… I’ll follow the prompts…a beautiful property on the Pacific side of CL… a hillside resort with lovely grounds (all good)… but you are at the mercy of the “jitney’s”… if you want to go anywhere you have to plan and wait for a jitney… this resort is NOT WALKABLE… FUGGET ABOUTIT! Rooms are nice… a little worn but okay… This resort is not “close” to town… you gotta take a cab or a shuttle (more waiting, more lines)… a hint… you must plan you activities/dining, when you are in your room you are isolated Service… nice people but short staffed everywhere - food… mixed, you really gotta do the AI which is way over priced… breakfast was good but lunches/snacks/dinner not so much…over the span of a week maybe two good meals… poolside not great!

Felix by the pool + Felix is incredible! He works very hard, he helped us stay relaxed and comfortable by the pool and his service was fast and friendly! He is super nice to everyone and it seems like the entire pool knew who he was! I work go see Felix and see why we enjoyed our stay!

Great experience! + This is our 2nd time here. Fabulous experience! Food was amazing, drinks delicious and service was excellent! Roberto at the beach cabanas was great! He did a fantastic job taking care of us while relaxing on the beach.

Do Not Trust Pueblo Bonito + I changed my reservation form a 2 bedroom to a one bed unit and was promised a $531 refund on June. 10. I wastold that it would take 30 days to process the refund, but it's now 50 days and no response from Pueblo Bonito after many emails and calls. Looks like after the Copells sold the resort trust and reliability have deispaeared. Also, the push for all inclusive is ruingin this once nice place.

Exceeded Expectations + We had an amazing stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in Cabo! We were with a large group of our extended family and enjoyed every minute. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with immaculate grounds and breathtaking ocean views. Every area of the property was well maintained, and the staff consistently made us feel welcome. The food exceeded our expectations with plenty of delicious options throughout the resort. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and served with excellent hospitality. A special thank you to Joel, the bellboy, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. His warm personality and exceptional service made us feel valued and set the tone for a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and great dining. We can’t wait to return!

Muy bien + la comida − Falta de mantenimiento en instalaciones (habitación), no servia el aire acondicionado. Al realizar el cambio de habitación se olvido una camisa en closet, la cual no aparecio.
