+ Gran selección de comida muy rica y variada, Buenos servicios − No había forma de secar la ropa con tanta humedad y el día de lluvia, aunque puedes tender ropa fuera de la habitación no es una opción si llueve

Guter Resort ist aber in die + Das essen war gut, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Garten ist gepflegt und schön angelgt, die Pools sind gut. Der Strand ist sauber, wir hatten kein Sargasso. − Der Flamingoteich riecht richtig übel nach vermodert, die Abendveranstaltungen sind nur bis 21:30 Uhr, kein night life im Resort.

Great Couples Getaway + The food was great, the people of course are what make the experience in Mexico so special. You won’t get treated any better anywhere else. The hotel was very nice and well cared for. Alfonso was a very kind concierge service member and introduced us to the hotel. Aldo cleaned our rooms wonderfully the entire stay. Eidel and Alejandra were super kind in the food area, Reynaldo and the others at the bar. And of course the star entertainment team did an exceptional job with the entertainment all day and night. Joselyn, Adan, Humberto, Camilla, Alexi, Soe, Christian, Jesus, and the other beautiful lady that sings and dances great but I forgot her name.

Iberostar Cozumel is Incredible + Iberostar Cozumel is one of the most gorgeous getaways ever! Clean, lush, open air, delicious food and the friendliest staff you could ask for. Alonso made our stay so great, so accommodating and welcoming. Best vacation ever!

Excelente opcion para descansar. + En general los alimentos y el servicio del personal, un aplauso para Arturo del pool bar y Maria del puesto de tacos, de igual modo el restaurant Mexicano sobresaliente. − La experiencia en el restaurant Oriental, el arroz estaba crudo y en general los alimentos de ese lugar dejaron un poco que desear.

Magnifique hôtel que je recommande à 100% + Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Iberostar Cozumel et ces souvenirs resterons gravés à jamais dans nos cœurs. La nourriture est exceptionnelle (buffet luxueux à thème tous les soirs avec produits frais comme fruits de mer et charcuterie de qualité), espaces verts très bien entretenus, animations de qualité avec des animateurs incroyables et impliqués comme Humberto et Jocelyn, mais surtout la gentillesse de tout le personnel (femmes de chambre, barman, serveuses/eurs…). Nous avons eu droit à des spectacles tous les soirs (show de boléros sur la plage, soirée Rock, soirée Latino, soirée sur le Magie). Les mexicains sont des personnes formidables. De plus, nous avons pu passer notre premier niveau de plongée grâce à l’école de plongée directement située dans le resort. De vraies vacances de rêves ! Nous repartons tristes mais espérons revenir l’année prochaine 🤍

Ein wunderschönes Hotel was ich nur weiter empfehlen kann. Immer wieder gerne da hin + Die Lage vom Hotel und wie schön die Anlage mit Pflanzen gestaltet ist. Die kleinen Häuschen . Die wunderschöne Poolanlage . Besonders schön fand ich den sauberen Strand mit dem Steg. Die Treppe zum Wasser war in keinster Weise rutschig. − Das der Alkohol den man extra kaufen wollte , viel zu hochpreisig war. Und im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage viel zu laut.

Muy recomendado para la familias + Viajé con mi familia (con niños de 4 meses y 4 años) y mis amigos que también tenían niños pequeños y pasamos unos días muy agradables en el hotel. La forma de las habitaciones era muy accesible para el coche de los bebés, tenían buffet para los niños y piscina muy buena para ellos, un ambiente tranquilo y mucha comida deliciosa! Resalto el Star camp donde mi hija estuvo dos días muy entretenida y lo recomiendo, pues en las dos ocasiones estuvo sola, pero Rosa y Sol fueron geniales con ella. Las habitaciones fueron muy cómodas, la comida deliciosa, el buffet gigante y la playa muy linda. − Todo nos gustó.

+ Muy buen hotel en general, me gustó todo lo que ofrece. Buena comida, buenos bares, buenas actividades, el muelle, el personal atento. El centro de buceo tiene muchas opciones para todas las edades. − Tuvimos 2 o 3 días sin agua caliente, nos comentaron que era una falla general y que era complicado por ser una isla; se entiende. Mejorando este punto con mantenimiento preventivo de los servicios lo haría perfecto.
