+ Kiváló elhelyezkedés, remek személyzet! − -a teraszon a vasszék karfája napközben állandóan forró, nem lehet kiülni -a reggeliző ajtaja nagyobb, mint a bazilikáé, nehéz kinyitni tányérral és pohárral a kézben! / nem is értettem az ilyesféle technikai megoldást/ - nem éreztem a mexico feelinget napközben a medence parton a zeneszolgáltatás miatt! Lehetne az egyik oldalt mexico plage, ahol tradicionális mexicoi zene menne! -Két hetes tartózkodás alatt egyhangú az étkezés, nincs választék, a pizzák különösen! / addig nem hívják a tésztát pizzának, míg nincs paradicsom szósszal megkenve és parmezán sajttal megszórva! - minden reggel 5 óra után elkezdték görgetni a napernyőket az erkélyünk alatt az étterem teraszán, amitől nem tudtunk pihenni! / talán ha egy gumitalpat ragasztanának alá nem lenne ennyire zavaró! Ezt többen is mondták akikkel beszéltünk!/

Overall the hotel was amazing. It's a smaller resort so the food options are somewhat limited and most of the food l + Staff very friendly, Pool was heated − Was offered upgrade at check in from a std king to the casita that would have ended up being $2k less than we paid for the casita.

+ This is an adult only, all inclusive and it was well worth the cost. Everything was immaculate, the food was amazing and the spa was beautiful and we felt spoiled!! − The beds were comfortable but the pillows were tiny and would go flat easily. The pasta at the Italian restaurant was so-so, but their pizza and desserts were very good. All the other food was incredible. We especially loved Vista Belinas breakfast. This is me trying to find something wrong. Really, nothing bad here!!

Low quality food that is contaminated + Certain staff were nice − I got very sick by the property’s food. I got sick the second day there with continuous vomiting. I couldn’t even drink water, I would vomit instantly, I went to the ER as soon as I got back to the United States and they identified that I got salmonella. This resort serves contaminated food and didn’t offer any refund/compensation for getting me sick.

Amazing Views, Pools, and Service + The room, views, pools were all amazing. The infinity pools right on the ocean with crashing waves was unforgettable and lots of umbrellas for shade. Loved sitting on our ocean view balcony with coffee every morning. The dining options were also much better than I expected. The staff was lovely and helpful. − Getting food by the pool and I’m room dining can take a very long time. One day we waited over an hour for our food to come. They also charge you for any bottle of wine to the room and the wine options were very upcharged and not good. While there are always chairs available, people do go put their towels on spots at like 7am, and we’re all gone by 8:30am.

Amazing!!! Didn’t want to leave. + The resort was amazing. Beautiful views of the ocean, and sunrise (when not cloudy lol) from our ocean facing room. Entrance is amazing with the view of the ocean as soon as you drive up. All the workers were very friendly and accommodating, & the shower was the best out of the country shower I’ve ever had, great water pressure lol. All the different restaurants were pretty good. Food was definitely very fresh. Drinks could’ve been a tad hit stronger but I have a high tolerance lol. − Nothing I can think of. Everything was amazing!!!
