Dream Vacation for our Family Getaway + The Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive resort was a perfect choice for our family vacation. This was our first time traveling internationally with our kids who are teens and we were a little nervous about safety due to recent news reports, however, from the time we landed in Cancun until the very end of our trip we felt completely safe and well taken care of by our drivers, hotel staff, and tour guides. Tulum, MX is an absolutely beautiful area of the world that was amazing to explore. The Hilton Riviera Maya was gorgeous with perfect amenities, stellar staff, and excellent food and drinks. We felt so welcomed upon arrival, had our first drink while we checked in, never had to wait for service, and they let us into our room an hour early. Our bags were delivered promptly after a nice ride on their golf cart shuttle to our casa. We stayed in Casa 2 where we got upgraded to an ocean view room. We had the ocean around 30ft from our grou…

Great experience! + Rooms are new and clean. Everybody was so nice and offered us a wonderful experience! Foods were pretty nice and fresh. My 5 year old kid loved everyone in kids club. She enjoyed every moment there! The thing I didn’t like is the shuttle. Even we didn’t wait long for the shuttle but it brought some inconveniences. However since our room was far from the main building, it was really quiet at night and I have to say that’s super kids friendly.

Wonderful memories! + Our family has traveled to Cancun and the Riviera Maya for many years, but Hilton Tulum has been the best experience we've ever had. What impressed us the most was the Kids Club. For the first time, our children were excited to go every day and genuinely looked forward to the activities. The staff was amazing, caring, and engaging, making our kids feel welcome and happy throughout our stay. The entertainment program is outstanding, with a wide variety of activities every day, including sports, arts and crafts, and family-friendly events. There is always something fun to do for both kids and adults. The service throughout the resort was exceptional. The servers were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Amazing resort! + We went between June 10 a June 17 for a girls trip. We were 3 girls booked to a garden view room. Upon arrival, we were offered a welcome cocktail and directed to check in which was super fast and easy. We were upgraded for free to an ocean view room in Casa 2, which was perfect! The resort was quiet at this time, which I suppose why we were offered the upgrade. Absolutely everyone, all of the staff was super professional and friendly. This is from the front desk to the housekeeping to the gym to the bar. We had one “grumpy “ waiter in a restaurant but maybe it just wasn’t his night. As the resort was quiet we didn’t need to reserve any chairs by the pool or beach or wherever. Beach towels also always available. Some people might have found it “boring” that the resort was so quiet, but for us it was a win! We were 3 women, aged 24, 24 and 50. Destination wedding + We stayed at Hilton Tulum from July 25–29 for a friend’s destination wedding, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The wedding guests were provided a booking link with a preferred rate. However, when we arrived, we were told that the reservation only showed one guest name, even though the room was booked through the wedding group link. We were then told we had to pay for an additional person at the regular rate, which came out to $440 USD per night instead of the preferred wedding rate of approximately $300 USD for double occupancy. This was especially frustrating because the hotel appeared to be less than 40% occupied. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and we arrived around 2:00 PM. I am also a Hilton Honors member. Given that the hotel seemed quite empty, we expected some flexibility, especially since we explained that we had a wedding event that same evening. Instead, we only received our room close to 5:00 PM, leaving us barely enough time…

Worst experience ever + The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The food is very poor quality and the facilities are neglected, but the most disappointing thing was the staff's attitude and the terrible service. We were a group of about 140 people attending a wedding, and practically everyone had a bad experience. The lack of professionalism on the part of the employees was evident throughout our entire stay. The most serious incident involved a 17-year-old. After ordering food in the pool area, he went to the restroom for a few minutes. When he returned, he asked about his meal, and an employee told him that since it wasn't on his lounge chair, she had removed it and he would have to wait another 40 minutes for a new one. She even told him to "be careful because he was alone in Mexico," a completely inappropriate and unacceptable comment. Not Hilton standard ! + ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed. This Is Not the Hilton Standard. We traveled to Hilton Riviera Maya Tulum for a destination wedding and were shocked by how disappointing this resort was. As frequent travelers, we expected the quality and service associated with the Hilton brand, but this property fell far below those expectations. The most upsetting part of our stay involved my 84-year-old mother. Upon arrival, we requested a wheelchair due to her age and mobility needs and were told none were available. During our stay, she slipped and fell at the pool and was injured, requiring medical attention. Only after her fall did staff suddenly produce a wheelchair. We were then told they normally charge guests for wheelchair use, but “because of the circumstances” they would waive the fee. An elderly guest should never have to be injured before receiving basic assistance. The lack of compassion, preparedness, and concern was unacceptable. The resort is not wheel…

Stains on Bed, Towels and Stinky Pillows + Currently here and not a good impression so far, there are a few pillows on my queen queen room that have a musty, sweaty and humid smell (I wish that you could smell it, it was so unpleasant), to me it seems like the housekeeping didn’t change them. Additionally, there is a light out in the restroom, orange reddish stain in on one of the beds. Not a good impression so far. The hotel is beautiful but it seems at least in my case the housekeeper didn’t do a good job on my room. I hope that service only goes up from here
