+ The room was moldy and the bed was dirty. I had to request to be transferred to another room. The receptionist was very helpful in transferring us. The alternative room was not moldy but the cabinets in the kitchenette were moldy and broken. I would not stay at this hotel again even for free.

+ The property is nice and was just fine for what we needed. Had to walk for meals and did not expect that but made it work, the electricity went off and we had a run around to get out and into the property. This needs to be reviewed for the safety of all.

A bit dated but friendly and clean! + Very friendly staff. Somewhat dated building but clean overall including spotless linen and bathroom. Located in a residential area about fifteen minutes walk from the port of Marigot.
