The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing, with an amazing view. The location is also very convenient, just a short drive from the historic city centre. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always available to help. A special thank you to Kamar and Hiba at the reception, who went above and beyond to help me and my friend change our flight tickets. They even communicated with the travel agency on our behalf, and without their help we honestly wouldn’t have managed. We are truly grateful for their kindness and support! − Nothing in particular. We had a wonderful stay and everything met our expectations.
