Great location! + ● Great location, easily accessible to major attractions in Nuwara Eliya. ● Comfortable bedding with antique-style amenities. ● Spacious rooms. ● Fully functional Jacuzzi. ● Room heater provided. ● Adequate parking was available. − ● There was poor drainage in the bathroom, leading to a consistently wet floor. ● It was difficult to adjust the water temperature, as it fluctuates frequently. ● The supply of drinking water was inadequate; (only one litre of complimentary water was provided for three guests over two days, and there was a charge for additional bottles.)

+ This property holds historical value, antique furniture and well maintained facilities. We enjoyed a cozy stay, and a lovely garden of the property. The molly suit room is spacious and beautiful. The staff are friendly. The bathroom came with a jaccussi, my daughter loved it. − The room heater is electric, and small for the spacious room. We were not comfortable running it overnight in a closed room. The bathroom floors are so cold, we didn't want to enter until it was necessary.

+ It felt like being in Europa in the middle of Sri Lanka. The team were great, the garden is so beautiful, the breakfast was good and the location was good. We loved it very much. Very recommended − We loved everything

Viktorianische Atmosphäre + Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Fast schon ironische viktorianische Einrichtung und Atmosphäre. Große, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. − Das Essen war ok, aber nicht besonders. Lage: etwas abseits.

Nous trouvons que le prix est trop élevé et que ça ne correspond pas au standing annoncé + Le personnel très professionnel ,très sympathique. l’hôtel a du charme , il est agréable. − Nous avons trouvé que la nourriture européenne au restaurant, n’était pas toujours très bon . Le poisson il me semble surgelé , et le cordon bleu vraiment pas bon. Concernant par contre le plat sry lankais le byriani il était excellent.
