+ The hotel staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel was also centrally located. All of the people at breakfast were also kind and accommodating. − The air conditioner could have been a bit stronger. I was fortunate enough to get a larger room but the air conditioners capacity was the same as a smaller rooms which meant it took a while for the room to get cool but once it was I was very comfortable. I would suggest that as equipment gets old and needs to be replaced did they get to slightly larger compressors for the larger rooms to allow for more efficient Cooling.

Molto comodo + L’albergo è bello e pulito. Rimane in una zona dove dall’altra parte delle strada ci sono i bar dove fanno karaoke (ci sono ragazze allegre) servono da bere e un po’ caotico. Chiedete una stanza interna. Il personale è super gentile e organizza anche tour privati, contrattate il prezzo! − Gli ospiti maleducati che facevano schiamazzare i bambini in piscina alle 7 di mattina. Poi non ho capito ma alle 4 di notte è partita una canzone. Non so se era da un karaoke o no. Ma questo non è colpa dell’hotel ovviamente

SO DEDICATED SAFF! + I had an excellent stay at this hotel; you definitely have to choose it. Not only for its location and facilities, but also for the unique and wonderful service from its staff, who are 100% dedicated to their work. They made an exception for me and saved me breakfast after I arrived from Angkor Wat, having just watched the sunrise. Sunny, the receptionist who checked me in, gave me a great explanation about the temples and the area, and every single member of the staff made my stay at the hotel unforgettable. + Todo muy bien, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno, piscina e instalaciones más que correctas. Alrededor hay mucha oferta gastronómica y cerca de todo.

There is space for improvement + The location and the staff. Affordable and efficient laundry service. Staff were attentive and informative. − AC faulty. Keep turning off the whole time and was weak times. The room felt like a sauna to us. Old towels and not enough ( only one medium towel per person, no hand or face towels). Only one power point available for changing our devices and located in the bathroom. The other power point in the room was connected to the fridge. Only one pillow provided per person. Amenities were not restocked ( only one small had soap provided for a four night stay). The bathroom in the lobby didn’t have toilet paper.

+ The Sakaban is one of my favorite hotels in Siem Reap. I've been here several times, and extend each time. It has a great location; a few minutes walk to the town, and with nice rooms, and comfy beds. It's excellent value for the money, and great staff − N/A

Wakacje w Kambodży + Hotel ma swoje lata i nadaje się do liftingu ale to nie ma znaczenia.Personel rewelacja jeszcze w żadnych hotelu nie spotkałem się z tak miłymi i życzliwymi ludźmi.We wszystkim pomogą.Szczególne podziękowania dla Pana od tuktuka który nas obwoził po Angkor Wat przez dwa dni.Śniadania wystarczające,pokoje duże,łóżka wygodne.Najmocniejszy punkt mały basen otoczony zielenią piękne miejsce gdzie można odpocząć i schłodzić się po zwiedzaniu w upalne dni. − Jedno gniazdko w pokoju i stare ręczniki.
