+ The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city with a walking distance to shops, local and western restaurants and the famous Pub Street. It is a close proxy to public transport for intercity travel. The breakfast options were extensive with a variety of choices. It was a perfect stay. − I regret I did not stay longer at this excellent hotel.

From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home. They were always happy to help and went above and beyond by providing great recommendations for local food and advice on visiting the temples. luxurious stay and exceptional staff + Fantastic experience to stay here for three nights. We felt very welcome by the warmth of the receptionists and all other employees. The room was superb, very luxurious and spacious and it was cleaned spotless every day. We were on the street side, but hardly any noise came through. A relaxing, well presented hotel stay + A very modern, well run hotel. The warm greeting on arrival with a light drink and snack next to the pool was a beautiful start to my stay and that was before I had seen the room! Every need was taken care of and the friendly chats with all staff really made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Room was spotless, it included a fridge with drinks and snacks, a full size bath and a shower next to the bath in a generous sized bathroom that included toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and soap. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, comb and Q-tips. My oversized bed was extremely comfortable and I still had ample space in the room that included a table and two chairs. AC was amazing as was the soundproof room. Balcony was a nice size and was always included in the daily clean down/tidy of the room. Room service had a good range of delicious well priced food and snacks and always arrived promptly. Breakfast here was something I looked forward to daily…

Really nice stay! + Spacious and comfortable room, nice patio, and super friendly staff (everyone knew my name despite the fact that I keep to myself.) − The gym, which is one of the reasons I chose this property, was very basic. Only a few weights (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10kg) and a semi working treadmill (the incline was broken).
