+ Personnels super. Mais la vue de la chambre bof (sauf si vous aimez voir des bungalow...). Pas de chance quand j'y étais mais des travaux bruyant ont clairement gâché le calme du lieu...

שירות וחדר טוב. כל המסביב פחות. + חדר גדול ומרווח, שירות אדיב וצוות מדהים ומסור − לצערי הרבה דברים היו פחות טובים. המיקום של המלון רחוק מהעיר. הבריכה בחוץ לא הייתה מלאה. לא היה מספיק מים חמים למקלחת של יותר משתי דקות. הroom service לא מבינים אנגלית ולכן כשביצענו הזמנות של אוכל לחדר בסיומו של יום טעו לנו 3 פעמים באוכל. למרות שכתבנו הודעות ווטצאפ ברורות.

+ Wonderful Stay I had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. The atmosphere was natural and refreshing — truly a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel. However, it was a bit disappointing that it rained all day, so I couldn’t go out to visit other places.

Bonne localisation au calme + Le personnel était très accueillant et prévenant. L’emplacement est très bien, très calme. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. − Manque de vue dans les chambres tube. Les salles de douches sont un peu vieillottes.

Angenehm + Sehr schöne Anlage. Alles sauber, gut erhalten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr bequeme Betten. Schöner Balkon, sauberes Badezimmer − Das Restaurant hat außer Pommes nichts vegetarisches. Daher konnten wir hier leider nicht essen und mussten zum Essen immer in die Stadt fahren. Nachts ist hier auf dem Gelände Party. Vor unserem Zimmer haben nachts um 3 eine Gruppe Gäste laut gefeiert, hier kam niemand vom Hotel und hat für Ruhe gesorgt.

Anniversary celebration + We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and got a complimentary upgrade to a villa as well as floral decorations in our room, it was lovely. The manager was very nice and everything was super comfortable.

Pas au niveau des attentes. + Une magnifique piscine avec une vue sur la canopée. − Un personnel qui ne parle pas bien anglais, un restaurant ultra lent et des espaces communs pas bien entretenus.
