الفندق رائع والموظفين وعلى راسهم ياسمين رائعين ، لكن من هم على البوابه الداخليه سيئيين + كل شي ما عدا المطعم فاشل جداً جدا جدا ومستوى الاكل فاشل − المطعم ،، مما اضطرني الى الطلب من الخارج ، وللاسف لم يتم السماح بدخول الاكل ، فاضطررت الى الاكل في مواقف السيارات الخارجيه في درجة حراره عاليه ورطوبه

+ the staff at the beach were super duper nice and helpful! 👍🏼 he gave us some dead sea mud and salt and even advised us on how to apply and cover the mud properly. and the staff at the restaurant/dining/breakfast area were nice and helpful too. − we stayed for one night. we had requested an extra bed in advance, but when we entered the room, there was no extra bed. we had to call reception and wait about half an hour before someone came to set it up. in the evening, we called room service to order some dinner, but no one answered. so we had to call reception and they told us they would ask the room service team to call us back. we waited for over half an hour(again), but unfortunately, no one ever called us back. which was very disappointing.

+ The location, the food specially the burger restaurant not the buffet. The night entertainment. The pools. − It was super crowded and the staff tried to be helpful but very slow. The gym was too small, the buffet was not the best even with lot of options still not satisfied. And ofcourse crowded again. Only two elevators and always waiting for them. The mud part was almost unattended and a long walk in heat to get there. No shades for the walk.
