Great hotel in the heart of Stykkishólmer. + The hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance to the harbor. We received clear, easy-to-follow instructions for arrival, self check-in, and self check-out. There was off street parking. The facilities were clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained. We enjoyed the murals quite a bit. They added a fun touch to our stay. The hotel staff provided a nice breakfast with seating downstairs or upstairs where you could overlook the harbor.

Check-in was a disaster + Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Towels and toiletries were nice. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and efficient. − Check-in was a complete disaster. The code previously sent to me to access the outer door and room door simply didn’t work. As a result, I was unable to enter the building. After spending some time wandering around the building (in the pouring rain) to make sure we were in fact in the correct place, I finally called the emergency number shown in a sticker on the door. After confirming that I was using the correct code and it still wasn’t working, the hotel representative provided me with a new code that also wouldn’t work. She finally had to open the door remotely so that we could enter the building. I was then able to open the room door using the updated code. The entire process from arriving at the hotel until entering the room took 30 minutes. The hot water in the room was also problematic. The shower would intermittently go fr…

Schöner Aufenthalt in Stykkishólmur + Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nur 5 Minuten vom Hafen entfernt. Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer. Unser Zimmer war hübsch eingerichtet mit schönem Gemälde an der Stirnwand. Viele verschiedene Gemälde sind im ganzen Haus zu sehen und machen dieses Hotel zu etwas besonderem. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hotel. Kleiner gemütlicher Frühstücksraum. Das Buffet war sehr gut und ausreichend. − Die Zimmer sind nur über Treppen zu erreichen, da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist.

+ Schöne Zimmer, aber relativ klein. Frühstück war gut und Personal sehr freundlich. − Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und das Wasser hatte nie eine konstante Temperatur. Es wechselte andauernd von heiss zu kalt.

Bel posto colorato + Vicino al porto; molto colorato, ogni stanza dipinta con un tema diverso. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa, anche se nel seminterrato con una sola finestrella (oscuramento non ottimale, forniscono però mascherine per dormire). Colazione abbastanza varia. Check in e out comodo, con codice, come quasi tutti in Islanda. Parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. − Prezzo un po' alto

Caratteristico Hotel in pieno centro + Un Hotel davvero pieno di carattere, i murales sono davvero belli e la terrazza al primo piano è davvero comoda e piacevole. Buona la colazione. Posizione eccellente. − Camera un po' piccola ma comunque con tutto l'occorrente. La colazione parte alle 7 ma per vedere il buffet completo bisogna attendere almeno le 7:30, bisognerebbe iniziare a preparare prima.
