No es un hotel. − No es un hotel y menos de 4 estrellas. Es una casa rural. La ropa de cama arrugada. Y el personal que hay muy borde.carisimo para lo que es.

Suficient, tot i que podria millorar + Hotel situat en una ubicació solitària, amb check-in via codi que t'envien per Booking, fàcil i ràpid. − L'habitació feia una olor estranya i l'aigua tenia un gust com a ferro. Al capçal del llit s'hi acumulava molta pols. Els llençols es veien vells i les instal·lacions eren antigues.

Beau chalet, bien équipé et vue mer + Beau chalet au pied du glacier, équipé de bain nordique. Large petit déjeuner de grande qualité. Chambre pour 4 personnes très spacieuse, avec belle vue sur la mer.

Hôtel avec du charme + Hôtel dans un joli cadre et bien situé, idéal pour une nuit. Chambre familiale agréable. − La température de l'eau de la douche varie et passe du très froid au très chaud. Heureusement la douche est assez grande pour se mettre sur le côté et attendre que la température redevienne correcte.

Soggiorno deludente. Hotel NON vale il rapporto qualità prezzo + La posizione − Le camere erano spoglie e sporche. Personale inesistente. Abbiamo provato a chiamare 10 volte, non ha mai risposto e nemmeno a nessuna delle domande su booking.

Una vergogna... + Direi nulla... − Purtroppo è stata la peggiore esperienza di questa vacanza in Islanda, abbiamo prenotato una camera per tre persone ed abbiamo avuto una doppia, senza possibilità di chiamare qualcuno visto che i numeri di telefono non rispondevano, nessuno era presente in struttura (pur arrivando entro l'orario consigliato), la camera puzzava di fogna/scarico ed al mattino la proprietaria non ha voluto rispondere alle ns richieste, andando via con la sua auto... davvero imbarazzante. Assolutamente sconsigliato!

Hotel con muchísimo encanto + Es una ubicación impresionante. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Desayuno en un espacio pequeño pero muy rico todo. Me encantó. − Por decir algo quizás una atención más personalizada del personal. Pero es lo que hay en la zona.

zum Glück nur eine Nacht! + da fällt mir nichts ein, leider − für den sehr teuren Preis billig ausgestattet, Kopfende der Betten am Heizkörper,… ( Euro 500 pro Nacht für zwei Personen) sehr hellhörig, Check in hat nicht funktioniert, Frühstück erst ab 8Uhr möglich

Cerca de la cascada. + Buena ubicación cerca de una de las mejores cascadas. Jacuzzi exterior. − La habitación doble tenía la cama muy pequeña. Techo inclinado, muy incomodo para personas altas.

+ Zunächst zum Positiven: die Lage ist top, man hat schon beim Heranfahren an die Unterkunft einen tollen Blick auf den Gletscher. Bei uns hat die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Code direkt funktioniert. Ansonsten können wir leider die negativen Bewertungen hier nur bestätigen. − Wenn man ins Zimmer reinkommt und insbesondere im Bad riecht es (trotz lüften) immer muffig. Der Wasserdruck ist so niedrig, dass das Wasser teilweise nur tröpfelnd aus der Dusche kommt. Das Frühstück ist sehr eintönig, hauptsächlich gibt es Süßes; Wurst und Käse waren schon sehr angetrocknet oder leer. Gemüse gab es leider gar nicht. Das Haus wirkt von außen sehr gemütlich und einladend, leider kann da die Pflege und Komfort innen nicht mithalten. Es ist unfassbar schade, wie viel Liebe in das Haus geflossen ist und wie vernachlässigt es wird. Preis-Leistung steht in absolut keinem Verhältnis.

Good for one night + The location is beautiful and the lodge was very nice. The breakfast that they put out was nice as well. − When I was trying to access my room key, I had forgotten to turn on the data for my phone to get the check-in instructions but I tried calling all of the phone numbers provided to get help and none of them would pick up. It was also frustrating that the handles on the windows had all been removed so we could not open the windows. So the room was rather warm

Devevant + Hôtel convenable. La chambre Deluxe est assez grande et le lit est bon. Assez bruyant car on entend chaque pas a l’étage. Service inexistant. Petit déjeuner nul servi par une dame acariâtre.
