Chat not monitored + Great spacious, clean room (4 stars), Breakfast (3.5 stars), Executive lounge (4 stars). Zoe is a sweet server at the lounge. WiFi connection has minor issues because it keeps asking me to check name and room details even though they were entered correctly. Chat room messages were not answered.

Nice stay + Good location and nice rooms. Was upgraded to King suite. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel was clean. Evening reception in executive lounge was nice and food was good. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options.

Czysty, zadbany hotel ze świetnym śniadaniem, z dala od centrum Reykjaviku + Profesjonalna obsługa, czyste i przestronne pokoje, duża łazienka z wanną, przepyszne śniadanie z bogatym wyborem dodatków do chleba (w tym łosoś wędzony), jajeczniką, kiełbaskami i bekonem na ciepło, świeżym pieczywem i ciepłymi ciasteczkami w stylu francuskim, jak i bogatym wyborem ciastek. Przed hotelem dość spory bezpłatny parking ale bez możliwości rezerwacji miejsca. − Minusem hotelu jest dość duża odległość od centrum miasta, która wymusza użycie samochodu lub komunikacji miejskiej (piechotą spacer trwa 40 minut), jeśli chce się zwiedzić sam Reykjavik. Poza tym nie mam się do czego przyczepić, spędziłem tylko jedną noc, nie korzystałem z dodatkowych udogodnień.

Decent enough hotel, but overpriced + This is a typical large commercial hotel and there's little you could complain about, but nothing to be really enthused about either. I am grateful that they had a room for me, when virtually all other hotels in Reykjavik seemed to be fully booked. − Whilst the reception area of the hotel was well presented, the decoration of the room was a bit tired looking, particularly the small bathroom. Even by Icelandic / Scandinavian standards, the accommodation was overpriced. The TV in the room had to be rebooted every day (by unplugging the electricity) before it would show TV channels. The location is not ideal for tourists.
