Good feeling. Could have been better. + Gives a good view of the hill. − Presentation of the B/F is average. Can be far better. Make it livelier. Use some better colors to give a new vibe to the entire eating area. Tea gave a feeling of being stale ... I would rate that below average. Your salt and pepper should always be on each table before customer ask for it. Overall spread is good.

Rooms were amazing. + Room was amazing, huge spread of food, − My tea cup at breakfast had a left over lipstick stain when I brought it to their attention the staff changed it however the chef came out saying it was a paint mark. I know what a lipstick stain looks like and secondly why should a paint mark even be on a tea cup. They didn’t wash it properly and tried to cover up. PS It wasn’t my lipstick as I wasn’t wearing one that day. So chef should have accepted and made the necessary changes instead of covering up.

Pleasant stay but could have been better. + It was a pleasant stay. − The toiletries was not enough. We were 2 people and only 1 pair of slippers was there in the room and only 1 tooth brush was there. This was totally not appreciated. During dinner there was a chaos at the live counter with long queue for roti and Naan.
