Appreciation for hospitality at Grand Mercure + My experience at Grand Mercure was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality was top-notch throughout my stay. I would like to give a special mention to Dharmendra and Ajay, the housekeepers, who were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and sincere in their work. Ajay created some beautiful towel origami that made my day after a long and tiring one. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality and excellent service.
