A perfect gateway + I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My family (my wife, my kid, and I) had a fantastic breakfast experience here at Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida. Special thanks to Sous Chef Rajesh for his warm hospitality and incredible cooking. He made sure our family was well taken care of, and the food was delicious! My family thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommended for families staying here!

Average experience. + Excellent location. − Hot water was not working the second day. When I raised the issue with the reception staff, they mentioned that some pipe works were being installed, however gave me a false promise that they could provide me a room in a different floor with hot water facilities. They showed me two different rooms which didn’t have hot water facilities as well. It looked like the entire hotel had an issue with the hot water supply but the reception staff were not honest and explicit. Rather they were trying to satisfy me by moving to a different room which didn’t work. I had to wait until 11:30 pm to hear back from the reception staff that they can’t provide me a room with hot water facilities. I was exasperated and upset. 😠

− The hotel is old. Food, vegatable and fruit assortiment is very poor. Only 1 type of coffe in breakfast. Actually nothing to eat. Doesnt deserve 5 star and required money. Location is also unlicky. There is nothing near, you cant find even a small market to buy drinks and snacks.

Eccellente hotel a Delhi con tutti i comfort + Personale gentilissimo, pulizia eccezionale, servizi ottimi e stanze davvero molto belle. Colazione continentale e indiana di ottima qualità. C’era qualcosa per tutti i gusti. − Posizione non eccezionale, ma comunque Delhi è molto grande per tanto gli spostamenti in taxi vanno considerati per ogni hotel.

A lovely and amazing stay with friendly staffs and very supportive. + As always, the breakfast was lovely and comfortable. We really enjoyed it, especially because we like the North Indian taste and variety. − Honestly, there was nothing I disliked. The room decoration and renovation were lovely. It felt very homely and comfortable, which helped us relax and made the trip more enjoyable.
