Better choose something else if you are here to celebrate an event. + Location & rooms − Staff apparently lost our booking details, and bad service. Will never recommend this place or will never visit again.

Great experience, most friendly staff - we loved it :) + We loved the warm and personalized hospitality from the staff. Yemti especially went above and beyond, taking great care of us, suggesting activities, and helping us throughout our stay. Restaurant Manager Deepak and the restaurant staff were also wonderul. We also really appreciated the special effort they made for our daughter’s 13th birthday. The decorations were lovely, and the complimentary cake was such a thoughtful surprise—our daughter actually loved it the most out of all the cakes we had bought for her. Overall, the staff made the stay truly memorable and special. − The rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our stay. The only small thing we noticed was that the bathroom flush took a little longer to refill between uses. The staff explained that this is because of the larger tank and that it can take around five minutes to fill again. Once we understood that, it really wasn’t a major iss…

Beautiful Beach, But the Service Fell Far Short of Five-Star Standards + The beach. The beachfront location is beautiful and was the only part of the stay that genuinely stood out for us. − Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel anywhere close to what I would expect from a five-star Sheraton property. The problems started from the first day. At the restaurant, the way one of the staff members spoke to us was quite disappointing. We were told that the restaurant was fully booked, but that she was still "giving us" a table in the corner. It was not the table that bothered us, but the manner in which it was communicated. As hotel guests, we did not expect to be made to feel as though we were being accommodated as a favour. Room dining was an even bigger disappointment. We were travelling with children and repeatedly gave very clear instructions that their food should contain no chilli or spice. Despite this, food arrived with chilli. + The stay for my son's birthday was memorable. I luckily got in touch with Mr. Suman and he had done ll the arrangement and decor stating happing birthday and yummy cake along with it even though he was on his week off on our day of arrival but he has handed over to Yemti and she also followed it and made a memorable stay and smooth and fast check in process by yemti and Suman. − There was nothing negative
