Overall a very good experience, Food is excellent, Service is TOP CLASS, Location is the best. + Staff Is excellent, Service is top class, You don't need to ask anything, you get it fore you even ask, Personal tough is felf at every stage from check in to check out. keep it up. − Had a small issue of the baggage delivery to our room, But was sorted out by the efficient staff in some time.

Wonderful stay...will definitely come back again! + Excellent location, great breakfast, very good service, beautiful views, and excellent facilities. Overall, everything was very well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay. − The only thing we didn’t find very comfortable was the mattress. It could be improved to make the sleeping experience better.

+ Amazing Location, friendly staff. Room service staff was nice and helpful. − Average room comfort, AC seemed underpowered at 18.5 degrees celcius, the room felt warm at night. Reception did not register me for wifi, 1 hour after I had checked in. Had to call them to activate wifi, which seems a bit unnecessary and incovenient for a 5 star property. Elevators can be slow and overly crowded at times. I had asked someone to help with luggage for check out but no one showed for 25 minutes, after which I just moved the bags myself.

+ Amazing Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Special appreciation to the room service and dining teams—they were always friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile, even helping us with food during late hours. The location is simply amazing, with a beautiful sea view and stunning views of the Mumbai skyline and Marine Drive. The food was delicious, and the staff were also very helpful in guiding us around the city and suggesting ways to navigate and explore Mumbai. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience with excellent hospitality. Definitely value for money and highly recommended! − Nothing in specific that I can call out as we didn't like it
