+ המיקום קרוב לבלומפילד (הטפעה וכו') − אחד החדרים לא היה מוכן ב 15:00, מקלחת זקוקה לשיפוץ רציני, וילון בחדר שלא מסתיר את האור, חדר האוכל בבוקר נסגר לפני הזמן, מכונות שתיה וקפה ריקות ולא פועלות, מבחר דל מאוד, מיושן מאוד.

(זאת היתההארוחת בוקר כן), אין מיץ תפוזים בארוחת הבוקר, ברז המים טפטף ונוכחות מים ברצפה, גועל נפש! פרט לפקידי הדלפק בקבלה שהם מצויינים,,כל השאר גועל נפש − הכל מפורט למעלה
