בחוויה הכוללת הצוות לא היה מספיק קשוב או מסביר פנים על מתקני המלון, מעבר לשדרוג עקב אי הנעימות שחווינו החוויה לא הייתה מ + המלון מעוצב יפה, הבריכה נעימה ומהנה. השירותים נוחים והמיטה נוחה יש מקום לבגדים ונעליים לאחסון. כניסה למתחם חדר הכושר והפילאטיס היא חינמית לאורחי המלון והצוות במתחם של האימונים מהקבלה עד למאמנים מהמם. − כשהגענו למלון נאמר לנו שיש לשים פיקדון 1000₪ על כל לילה שהוזמן או שההזמנה לא תתאפשר. (מחיר שהיה יותר יקר מעלות השהייה בפועל ) זה לא צויין בשום מקום והתעקשו איתנו שזה אשמת booking, לבסוף חייבו אותנו ותפסו מסגרת אשראי של 2000 שקלים עד סוף השהייה בנוסף לסכום ששילמנו. לא קיבלנו פירוט על שום דבר בעצם למרות שביקשנו לא על שעות של קבלה / שירות חדרים / הסבר על הבריכה ומתחם הספא חדר הכושר או הפילאטיס, הכל הבנו וביררנו באופן כמעט עצמאי למרות ששאלנו את הקבלה חשוב לציין. ניתן לשפר את החוויה ולהסביר מעט ללקוח על המקום שאליו הגיע הוסבר רק על ארוחת הבוקר שהיא בעלות של 165 שקלים בתוספת תשלום לכל אדם ובשעות שבה היא פועלת. הגענו לחדר שהיה עם נוף ישיר מעל אתר בנייה ( לא צויין או הוסב…

Very good, with room to be outstanding + A new hotel set in a very luxurious building, with beautiful design and impressive attention to detail throughout. The breakfast was outstanding and offered excellent value for money. The pool bar is also a great addition, and the staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and professional. − The neighborhood is currently undergoing extensive construction, which is clearly visible from the pool and from many areas of the hotel. This unfortunately takes away from the otherwise upscale atmosphere. The pool menu is also quite limited, and the quality of the food served there does not match the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level. We stayed for two nights. When we first checked in, there was a bottle of water in the room. However, after returning to the room on the second day following housekeeping—and after spending a long day outside—we found that the water had not been replenished. סה״כ מלון טוב רואים שהולך ונהיה פחות טוב + חוזרים כבר מספר פעמים כל פעם רואים שפחות טוב מפעם קודמת אבל עדיין בחוויה הכוללת המלון סביר − בעיית חניה אין מענה בקבלה או בשרות ללקוח בטלפון. אין מגהץ היה קצת המוני ביחס לשהיות קודמות במלון

פעם אחרונה לדעתי ובאסה אהבנו להגיע לשם + ארוחת הבוקר − לקחנו 3 חדרים ללילה אחד, השרות לקוחות במשך הכל היום שהיינו לא ענו, נאלצנו לרדת ללובי לשאול שאלה, להזמין משהו לאכול נאלצנו דרך הבריכה עם אחמ״ש שעזר לנו ודרכו הצלחנו. קופסת הטישו היתה ריקה, לא היה סבון נוזלי לידיים. מינימום של המינימום!!! ושילמנו הרבה כסף, זו לא הפעם הראשונה שלנו אבל ממש הגרועה ביותר. דרך אגב לפני שהגענו לא הצלחתי להשיג את המלון בטלפון בכל דרך אפשרית. בקיצור נחשוב פעמיים אם נגיע שוב. הבריכה בבוקר היתה כייפית כולל שרות מצויין של הצוות בבריכה. באסה

+ הצוות שירותי, אדיב ונעים. ארוחת בוקר עשירה וטעימה, הכל היה טרי וטעים כל כך! המלון מעוצב בסטייל, בריכה כייפית עם מוזיקה ואוירה נעימה. אלונה המנהלת דאגה לכל בקשה שלנו והפכה את השהות שלנו לחוויה חד פעמית.
