A sleepless night!! Beep beep beep − I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review for this accommodation. The room was clean, the location was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. But the real problem during the night we spent there was a constant, loud beeping sound coming from outside the rooms. It never stopped; it felt like Chinese water torture. Sleeping was impossible. When we stayed there, the pub was closed, so perhaps when it is open, the beeping is less noticeable and gets drowned out by the pub noise. At 4 a.m., I even went outside the room to try to figure out what it was. If I had understood where it was coming from, I would have smashed it with a stick. Maybe it was a fire door or something, I really don't know, but it's absolutely unbelievable that a house with this kind of problem can be rented out. It was genuinely unbearable. Such a shame.

Room adequate, but only for overnight or very short stay. + It was in a great position and easy walking to all attractions. − The Bar and Bistro had closed a week prior to our arrival, which was very disappointing. The room was very basic with only a bed and a very small bathroom. A kettle would have been very helpful.

Very bad value for €155 for 1 night. + Location is great, centre of town. − Pub had closed down on the 20th of August, no breakfast. 1 cup in the room, scruffy, no milk, no coffee, noisy, beds were sloped, door to the hallway has a lock but it didn't work - could easily just push it open!
