Exceptional + Room was amazing, bed is huge and super comfortable, the room is as spacious as you can imagine, the breakfast was tasty and the stuff super nice and always at your service − Nothing to be honest

À refaire ! + Nous avions réservé la chambre familiale pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Parents et enfants avaient chacun leur espace, la suite était magnifique et très propre. Le personnel était adorable. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons !

Horrible experiencia + La decoración − Las empleadas de la limpieza encontraron en la papelera del baño dos colillas de IQOS y creyeron q se habían fumado en la habitación!! Nos amenazaron desde la recepción de una multa de 300€ sin tener ninguna prueba de que se había fumado!! Por supuesto no se fumó en la habitación ,ese tipo de tabaco se guarda en la cajetilla y luego se tira en la papelera Esta situación hizo muy desagradable nuestra estancia!! Este tipo de trato no me lo habían dado jamás en un hotel NO LO RECOMIENDO NADA

Respect !! + A real finest and plaisant hotel Wonderful services and one of the Best Spas and indoor Pool , with exceptional sauna ..! 100% wonderful Hotel . − It is a little far from centre.. but allowed us walk and see more of the city by walking !!

الفندق في منطقة هادئة وآمنة لمن يبحث عن الهدوء عن مكان السنتر + الفندق يبعد اكثر من كيلو مشياً على الأقدام من سنتر المدينة، الفطور محدود وغير متجدد − لم تعجبني سعر تكلفة التوصيل من المطار الفندق من خلال سيارة الفندق الغير مطابقة للاختيار المطلوب

+ Great location, tasteful interior Some of the staff has been friendly/helpful − The bath from the picture during reservation was not the same even though it was listed under that specific room rather than just in the overall hotel pictures The room was not unclean but just "okay", along other minor issues during the stay that accumulated warranting this rating

Ridiculously good. Extremely high quality accommodation and staff. Spa was fantastic. + Whole place was phenomenal. The best hotel i have stayed in hands down. Staff were on another level of quality. Makes such a huge difference to your stay. Can't praise the whole team enough − Nothing. Liked everything

Szép szálló, kedves személyzet , Budapest főbb látnivalóitól távol, ezért inkább üzleti utazóknak + A reggeli remek volt, a környék ugyan nem központi, de az utazási célomnak tökéletesen megfelelt. A személyzet kedves volt, a korai elutazásom miatt hideg élelmiszert készítettek elő számomra, sőt egy kis Budapest emlékkönyvet is kaptam. − A wellnes-ért külön fizetni kellett volna. Azt hiszem,egy öt csillagos szálló meglehetősen magas árában ennek a szolgáltatásnak benne kellene lennie az alapárban.
