+ La disponibilità dello staff e la colazione − La pulizia delle camere, i tempi di attesa per la suddetta e il blocco dell'ultimo piano durante la festa della fondazione solo per chi decideva di andare a cenare lì sopra (ad un prezzo a dir poco eccessivo a persona)

+ Large room, clean, the decor and design of the hotel was amazing − Although a spectacular dining area in a former great hall, I was a little unhappy with some aspects of the breakfast buffet, croissants not so fresh and was put off from taking the cereal/museli as.saw a fly landing on it

Best Birthday party + We have celebrated Hungary's and also my wife's birthday at the Sky Garden rooftop bar on top of Mystery Hotel. The staff led by the amazing manager Mate did such a great job. They made our stay and our party an unforgettable experience. Everyone and everything deserves 5 stars! Front desk was also very helpful and very nice. The hotel has a beautiful interior, matches the name of the hotel. − There is nothing that we didn't like, we loved the whole place, from service to interior design, the rooms, the spa, the staff. The hotel also have a very interesting history.

Great place to enjoy Budapest's events + Great place to be and nice staff. Beautiful and cozy room. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the meals served there and in the Great Hall Restaurant.

Fantastic Hotel with fantastic service + We had a long weekend and had a wonderful stay, the room was excellent and well laid out and the breakfast in the main dining room was also fab, the staff were super friendly and we would definitely stay again, highly recommended.
