− Massiv überteuert – Keine Empfehlung für Familien (Abzocke bei E-Auto) Kritische Warnung für zukünftige Gäste: Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht. Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie für 6 Nächte mit Frühstück 3.300 € bezahlt. Für diesen extrem hohen Preis ist die gebotene Leistung eine Enttäuschung. Man hat hier leider das ständige Gefühl, bei jeder Gelegenheit finanziell ausgenutzt zu werden. Die größten Kritikpunkte im Detail: ⚠️ Extreme E-Auto-Abzocke: Das Hotel wirbt mit einer Ladestation. Vor Ort die Ernüchterung: Es werden unglaubliche 2,50 € pro kWh verlangt! Das ist fast das Zehnfache des üblichen Marktpreises. Zimmer (Dachapartment): Kaum Tageslicht durch nur zwei Dachfenster und ein blockiertes, nicht zu öffnendes Seitenfenster. Der versprochene „Meerblick“ war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Außer beim Frühstück gibt es nichts zu meckern . + Die Lage war ein Traum und man konnte sehr gut abschalten . Der Ausblick von der Terrasse direkt auf den Hafen war wunderschön. − Das Frühstück entspricht nicht den Auszeichnungen des Hauses . Es war nicht besonders ansprechend angerichtet und auch nicht besonders viel .

− Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with how this entire situation was handled. The apartment we received was not the one we reasonably expected based on the presentation of the booking. The first and most prominent image shown in our reservation displayed a ground-floor apartment with a large terrace and direct access to the pool. For our family with two children, this was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation in the first place. Instead, we were assigned a first-floor apartment with only a much smaller balcony and no direct pool access. What makes this even more disappointing is that the balcony of the apartment we actually received does not appear in any of the booking photos at all. During our stay, I raised this issue with the reception and afterwards submitted a detailed complaint to Booking.com explaining the situation, including screenshots and the reasons why the presentation had influenced our booking decision. Établissement calme et impeccable, avec des hôtes d'une attention remarquable + Etablissement aux petits soins. Nous devions faire un checkout pour partir à l'aéroport pour 7h du matin. Les hôtes nous ont préparé la veille des colis petit déjeuner à emporter. Quelle belle attention ! De plus ils ont insisté pour qu'on parte vers 7h15 afin de profiter d'un bon croissant et d'un café. Séjour de rêve en bord de mer + Emplacement idéal en dehors du centre ville (nous avons commandé un Uber à 13€ pour aller dans le centre sans avoir à déplacer notre voiture du parking) En plein port de Pula donc magnifique Salle de petit déjeuner avec une vue magnifique sur le port Chambres spacieuses Des restaurants disponibles à 900m à pied très sympas − Chambres pour 4 avec la porte entre les deux chambres qui ne fonctionnait plus donc gênant Porte de la salle de bain en verre (certes opaque) mais on voit tout de même tout et qui ne fermait pas (1 cm d’ouverture) donc même en famille c’est embarrassant car les wc sont dans la salle de bain
