Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. + Easy to find. Fantastic view of harbour. Extremely convenient for Turbojet, buses, trams and MTR.

Great place and spacious room with friendly staff, will come back next time! + The receptionist always very friendly and helpful every time we stepped into the apartment lobby. I was running out of some body oil and the nearest 7-11 do not have what I usually used but the receptionist offered me a set of toiletries to try on and hope that will help me. And the Half way coffee just literally next door, so easy and lovely to grab a coffee first thing in the morning! − One night there was a fire alarm at 3am which was a false alarm! I suppose this is for safety purposes, can’t avoid.

Super price-performance-ratio! + Good location a bit offside of the crowded area. Kind stuff, provided us with adapter to be able to charge our electronic devices and we were able to leave the luggage for a couple of hours after checking out without any additional fees. − Soap for handwashing and tabs for the washing machine would have been nice. Windows were not very clean to be able to fully enjoy the harbor view.

雪櫃遺留上一個住客沒有飲用完的水樽、滿地都是啫喱糖污跡，可能房間燈光太暗，連他們也不察覺，床單也有污跡，明顯沒有清潔就交房給下一位客人，這不是一時大意的行為，待客之道非常糟糕，所以即時退房離開，他們說我不符合退款資格，我想說這是切切底底的衛 + 沒有 − 污糟，沒有清潔房間就交房給下一個住客。
