Great hotel in Soho area + We stayed in deluxe suite and the room itself was spacious and clean. The location was excellent and many tourist spots were walkable distance. Moreover thanks to the team members Selina, Jojo, Pana, Arthur and Aaron , all of them are helpful.

The best + Excellent Hotel Experience We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, well located, and has a really pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Arthur, who helped us during check-in and was exceptionally attentive. He responded to our requests almost immediately and was always happy to help. It was a real pleasure interacting with him, and his professionalism and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the level of service and hospitality here. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be very happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!

Charming, Stylish, and Unbeatable Location + We had a fantastic stay at this lovely boutique hotel! The staffs, Selina, Peña and Arthur are very helpful, they made us feel warmly welcomed—they are friendly, ,attentive and professional. Our room was big for HK standard; it has a living room area and bedroom separately. Its interior design is stunning, with thoughtful details throughout. Best of all, the location couldn't be better: conveniently situated near the mid-levels escalator, walking distance to great restaurants, cafes. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we extended our stay twice, stayed 6 nights in total!! We can't recommend it enough and would definitely stay here again!

Great service and maotly comfy room + I really like staying at this hotel. Selena and Shirley are great - lovely and super helpful. The room is comfy and everything is good except the couch (super uncomfortable). Not many facilities but it’s a good place if you don’t need that.

Phenomenal! + I spent 4 nights at the Madera Hollywood while travelling with my (adult) daughter. We both loved the whimsical suite we stayed in; it was so clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We were so happy with the location! Many amazing cafes, restaurants, shops, and modes of transportation are within minutes of walking. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Selina, Arthur, Aaron, Pana, and Jojo who all went over and above our expectations. Everything they did made our stay memorable! When I return to Hong Kong I will not need to look elsewhere, I highly recommend staying here!

利便性が良い + 部屋が広く、ロケーションが良かった。シャンプーとコンディショナーの質が良かった。スタッフは親切でした。 − 部屋に浄水器がついているのは良いのですが、一番低い温度設定が25度です。常温です。香港は暑いので、冷たい水が飲みたいです。スーパーマーケットでペットボトルのお水を買って、冷蔵庫で冷やしました。また、そのペットボトルに浄水器の水を入れて冷蔵庫で冷やして飲みました。浄水器のお水を冷蔵庫で冷やせるボトルが有れば、もっと良かったです。

Spacious and comfortable + Spacious and comfortable suite. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to Ho g Kong station although a bit of a climb on the way up to the hotel. − Bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.
