Comfortable, clean, convenient, and good value for money. + I've stayed here many times and the rooms are always comfortable, clean, and affordable. While it is not centrally located on the island, it is very convenient for the MRT Quarry Bay MRT stop (note: not the North Point stop and be sure to take exit C) I also find the staff are efficient and friendly. − Actually, this is out of the control of the hotel, but on my last visit I noticed that a whole block of building across the street is being redeveloped resulting in the closure of coffee shops and restaurants I used to frequent. :-(

I wouldn't stay here again! + Location was good − Smelly,old style rooms We were promised with 2 twin beds,but only got 2 single beds . Picked a fight with the concierge over kids attitude, not impressed with this racism behaviour!

+ I think the hotel is value but look at the hotel room photos carefully, half of the rooms are renovated and half are not. − Cheeky view of harbour, and room size is good
