Thomas was AWESOME, hotel is great + Arrived at hotel and was met by the friendliest staff that helped me with my luggage getting to the front desk.Thomas checked me in and he was so friendly and helpful. Quickly checked me in and had helpful information about what to see and do in HongKong. The room was already cooled off, which was awsome after coming in with the heat and humidity. Beautiful room, clean and my room had a view of the harbor. Bed is soft, pillows were super soft, but you can request firm or medium from the staff. Glad I picked this hotel to stay in.

+ The staff were amazing. Very helpful. The maid service was great. The rooms need a refresh. Very old and dated. The beds are super hard very uncomfortable. Location was good right above a MTR station. The outlets in the rooms kept going out.

+ Very easy to get to from train station. Clean, spacious and Thomas, the night front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. AC was wonderful. Bed was soft and had a small view of the harbor. It was a great stay

+ Very happy with the hotel. The hotel is two blocks away from the MTR and has a shelter bridge that connect to the MTR. The A11 airport bus drop you off a block away so very convenience as well. Has a beautiful outdoor pool. The room is spacious and updated. Two little thing is that the main lobby is little tricky to locate and the hotel elevators are slow and only seem to work one at a time despite that there are 4 available.

+ It is a well-managed hotel with great value for money. I was surprised that they didn’t provide bottled water, toothbrushes, etc., but they explained that this was due to the government’s environmental protection policy. The Fortress Hill MTR station and the A11 airport bus stop are just a few minutes' walk away. A pedestrian bridge protected us from the rain and the scorching sun. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and laundry shops are all nearby. Since it rained a lot, I didn’t like the puddles at street level.

Great professional service from Front Desk Thomas + Great location, 3 minutes from Fortess Hill station. Neighborhood had plenty of eateries and supermarkets. Great professional service by Front Desk Thomas, very welcoming. Common area and room very clean. In the middle of strong typhoon, hotel very thoughtful not only having regular menu. But have special take away menu with very reasonable price. Great management as avoid guest going out when everything shut down during typhoon.

Good Experience + Good Experience! I had been stay here for two months. Delicious food in the restaurant, and luckily we have got a room with stunning view. Clean and tidy and spacious in a ~200 square metre room. Good hospitality too. Thank you Tiffany from the hotel greeted us before and during the stay.
