Amazing dinner experience in L’Env + An unforgettable dining experience at L’Envol. The ambiance sets the perfect mood, and every dish was exceptional—especially the blue lobster with girolle mushrooms and consommé, which was stunningly prepared. Highly recommended, and I will certainly be returning.

Exceptional Service + This was my third stay at The St. Regis Hong Kong, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. Although this was a last-minute business trip, the team was incredibly accommodating and made everything seamless. The service was truly impeccable from start to finish. The location is excellent—right next to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and conveniently situated between Admiralty and Causeway Bay, making it easy to get around on foot. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exactly the room type I had requested from my previous stays. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The consistency of the service is what keeps me coming back. The St. Regis Hong Kong will always be my first choice whenever I visit Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

First Stay at The St. Regis Hong Kong + For my first St. Regis experience in Hong Kong, I was thoroughly impressed by the great hospitality. A special thank you to assistant chef butler Angel Tam for making the arrival so memorable. Her warm welcome set the tone for the entire visit. She gave a comprehensive introduction to the amenities and the room, and prepared a lovely bottle of sparkling wine alongside a delicious welcome cake featuring local flavors (pineapple bun, egg tart, and mango sticky rice treat). The handwritten welcome letter added a touch of genuine warmth that immediately stood out. For the room itself, the dual-aspect view from this corner room is spectacular, taking in the urban skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows. Astounding dining experience at L’Envol at St Regis + Words fail to express how impressed my husband and I were by the exquisite food and service and top-notch service at L’Envol tonight. The finesse and creativity Chef Hwang and his team brought to the food was truly mind blowing. The lobster consommé and yellow chicken were absolutely otherworldly! Jusito and Ransley further elevated the dining experience with their sincere service and attention to detail, making it a true delight to dine there. To us, it’s the best restaurant in Hong Kong. Dinner at L’Envol + We had dinner at L’Envol, and the entire experience was outstanding. The food was exceptional—the Brittany razor clams and the pastry chef’s surprise delicacy were absolute highlights of the meal. Service was prompt, professional, and attentive throughout the evening, with the staff explaining the menu in great detail. Wonderful Afternoon Tea at The St. Regis Hong Kong + My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Signature Afternoon Tea at The Drawing Room. The elegant setting and unique dim sum-style trolley, where we could choose our own savouries and sweets, made it special. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious, especially the light scones. Special thanks to Dexter for his excellent service — attentive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout. He made our afternoon even more enjoyable. A highly recommended experience for couples. We will definitely return!
