The best + What a beautiful hotel! From the moment we arrived we were treated special. The room was great. High end Molten Brown amenities. Restaurant was great for food and drink. Location and views could not be better!

Incredible Stay at London Marriott County Hall! + While the location and views are amazing, it’s really the staff who made this stay so special. A massive thank you to Peter from Security, who went above and beyond and was a great help when my friend needed it. His kindness and quick thinking meant the world to us. Huge thanks to the rest of the team as well: The Library: A special shoutout to Jamie and Georgiana for being so attentive and making us feel so welcome! Fantastic afternoon tea with lovely food and a great atmosphere. Gillray’s Bar & Steakhouse: Amazing dinner and drinks with a proper welcoming vibe. Every single member of staff was so lovely throughout our stay. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be back!

Good but for a 5 star not the best + for context; stay for work, i travel to London weekly only at marriott hotels, typicall stay at 4 or 5 stars. Pros: + Beautiful historic building, inside is pretty, outside is a beauty, nice view on the thames from room + Generally very attentive staff + Gym is awesome, beautiful, fully equipped, towels,AC water everything taken care of and spacious + amenities in room great, you can feel the quality on everything Cons: - Room decoration honestly a bit dull - Not super easy to get a quick taxi (for me essential in the morning), for example st ermins hotel has them lined up in the morning so you basically walk in to one from the stairs - Insanely long walk to your room (not really something they can do about but for someone who is only there for work i prefer to not have to walk 5-10 minutes to the elevator when youre in a hurry in the morning - no room upgrade even though there was availability and im platinum for years (isn't this the whole poin…

Extremely noisy at night + Great location, nice hotel, comfy beds but unfortunately extremely noisy at night. There were cars and bikes racing as if the hotel was in the middle of race track from midnight to 4am every night. We stayed for 3 nights and it was like that every night. At the front desk we were told there is nothing they can do about it since it is an outside noise. If you want to get some sleep, this is not a hotel for you.

Great security staff + After my initial frustration of getting one of the furthest rooms from reception and the main bar/restaurant (which was so far that one of the staff commented when i told him my room number at breakfast the first morning), I wound up really enjoying my stay. The location is great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I want to mention Peter in security in particular. First, he saw that I’d fallen asleep in the bar area after a very long day and carefully work me up to ensure none of my possessions were taken. The following evening he went to great lengths to ensure that a package that had been delivered to the hotel for me would be located before my departure. I felt well looked after at the hotel - i will definitely stay again.

A truly memorable experience! + We had an incredible stay! This hotel is rich in history and character, with modern comfortable touches that make it the most pleasant experience. We were so fortunate to have a room overlooking the river Thames and Big Ben. I feel in love! Staff were welcoming and responsive to our needs, and really looked after us so well. Truly a memorable experience that will forever stay in our hearts.

Welcoming hotel staff!! + We found this location absolutely perfect!! The front desk people and front door people are always friendly. The M Club staff are incredibly great!! Our breakfast staff honored our anniversary. The M Club afternoon staff are amazing!! We would like to give a special shout out to Mahil and Laura!! After o e day Mahil recognized us and brought our preferred drinks, Diet Coke with ice and lime, to our table automatically. They both took time to talk to us about our stay and the hotel. They are the type of staff that make you want to come back.

Fantastic location in the heart of London + This is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. It is in the heart of London, literally behind the London eye and steps away from the Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. The location is clean, safe, rooms are good size and the staff is outstanding. Special shout out to Peter in the security department who found my lost sunglasses on the first night of our trip and saved us! We highly recommend this location for anyone!

+ Location − 1. The beds are not comfortable 2. Our room was not cleaned. Around 5pm we called the reception and the lady came to change towels and just straightened the beds 3. Our room had two beds but only one bed could watch the TV, the position of the TV was bad...at least they could put a moving bracket. 4. We communicated with one of the Managers before arriving and informed her that we will arrive in the morning and she promised to see if we can get a room early but I was told a room was ready that morning but had to pay £600 more for the room. I refused and we had to w as it until 3pm...We arrived at the hotel at 9am.

Frühstücksraum in der Bibliothek mit gutem individuellem Platzangebot. Frühstück von wirklich herausragender Qualität. Steak am Abend hervorragend. Pool sehr gepflegt, Super Grösse. Personal höflich und zuvorkommend. − Von drei Fahrstühlen war ständig einer defekt, am letzten Urlaubstag zwei. Kommunikation gelegentlich nicht einfach, was nicht nur an meinen Sprachkenntnissen lag. Am Abreisetag habe ich, wie üblich, vor dem Frühstück die Rechnung beglichen. Die Rezeption hat, etwas voreilig, umgehend die Zimmerkarten entwertet. Wir wollten nach dem Frühstück, wie immer, uns frisch machen, danach mit dem Gepäck zum Taxi Richtung Flughafen. Leider standen wir vor verschlossener Tür. Meine Frau und ich sind insgesamt dreimal zur Rezeption geeilt, um einen Zutritt zu unserem Zimmer zu bekommen,…
