Pleasant, very comfortable bed, clean and great breakfast + I liked the bed- it was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent The room was big and there was an extra single bed when I booked, I only booked for a single king/queen sized. Unfortunately I had not agreed for anyone to share with me because I did not know this extra perk until I got there. − What I was disappointed about was that there was no tooth paste. I had forgotten mine, expecting there to be some in the room of a four star hotel Could something be done about the following though as it is off putting for travellers and not becoming of a four star, fairly expensive hotel -A part of the bath flooring had stains due to wear and tare, at first I thought it was dirt - -Behind the bath tapes were literally black stains, again wear & tare and would need some serious work to remove it.

+ Check in was smooth and easy. Staff was very professional. Hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was really good − Toilet wasn’t flushing properly this was very very annoying. They did not tell me that to book breakfast before the morning of the breakfast it would be cheaper. I also wasn’t aware of the time for breakfast so when I turned up to have breakfast it had ended so I think those things could have been stated at check in
