    The worst hotel experience of my life. + Nothing − This is one of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed in. In terms of location, it is inconvenient; the area beneath the hotel is noisy and overrun with homeless people. Cleanliness is non-existent; the water is unclean—leaving both skin and hair feeling greasy—and the rooms have a truly foul odor. The air conditioning did not work, and despite informing the staff repeatedly, they insisted there was no issue with it. It was only two days before our departure that they finally admitted the AC in our room was, in fact, broken—a problem caused by a previous guest. Regrettably, I would never consider staying here again; it was one of the worst experiences of my life.
