Nice staff, good location, disappointing facilities + Breakfast was nice but very busy, the room was nice and smartly designed. − Our three-night stay was completely ruined by the hotel's terrible climate control. The rooms lack individual AC settings (Guests cannot change the room temperature only air flow), leaving the air painfully hot and stuffy. Between the high room temperature and the cheap synthetic bedding that trapped our body heat, we could not sleep at all.

+ ولا شي − مره وسخ مايستاهل المال ال دفعت ولا بجيب مناديل حتى لو طلبنا ولا ينظف الغرفه حتى لو طلبت منهم مع انو حجزت الغرفه مع مرفقاتها بسحبودعلينا حتى الماء والمناديل مايجيبو ولا يغيرو الشراشف صراحه من ناحية الخدمه مره معدومه

Pas mal, peut mieux faire + Emplacement pratique proches de la gare montparnasse et des stations de métro Petites attentions pour les enfants et bon buffet pour le petit dej. Fontaines a eau a disposition vers les ascenseurs, ainsi que de l ice tea maison a la réception, c'était sympa. − Le prix est élevé et ne correspond pas selon moi a un 4 etoiles. Je dirais plutôt un 2 ou 3. Équipement sommaire, netflix ne marchait pas tjs (on nous a juste repondu qu'il n y avait pas Netflix, surprenant, puis ca a fonctionné le lendemain)

Great location and good value for money + Location was very good. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Also you could walk to the main city centre which is approx 50 min walk however uber is available and reasonable price too. Beds were comfrortable. we booked a total of four rooms. They gave lovely complimentary gifts on arrival in our room a key ring,teddy bear and cookies. − The only issue I had is my room. on the second day my door wouldn't automatically close which meant that anybody could walk inside and out. During the night i had to close the latch as the door wouldn't lock. I hope they checked this issue and sorted it out.

+ Nulla. − L'albergo é terribile, un 4 stelle diventato un due stelle. Appena arrivati si percepisce subito il 3 della struttura, la porta d'ingresso scorrevole ha i vetri rotti e rattoppati in modo maldestro, le ragazze della reception appaiano stanche, sebbene disponibili. Appena scesi dell'ascensore per accedere al corridoio della stanza c'é ancora piú degrado e sporcizia: un orso di peluche enorme gettato a terra su foglie secche che in due giorni non sono state rimosse, e il distributore dell'acqua pieno di calcare. La stanza é sporca e trasandata, nelle lenzuola ci sono peli r44e un letto non lo abbiamo potuto utilizzare, le tende e la moquette bucate e con macchie evidenti, porte e muri non puliti e polverosi e la cosa peggiore che ci potesse capire, abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani puliti, sporchi con residui di feci. Non andate in questo albergo é pericoloso!!!fdqqq6r6 e
