+ Das Appartement war außergewöhnlich schön und die Lage war fantastisch. − Die gesamte Kommunikation läuft via Chat. Teilweise mit Chat-Bots, teilweise mit echten Menschen. Hier kommt es teilweise zu Überschneidungen. Ich verstehe die wirtschaftliche Überlegung dahinter und es ist ja auch modern. Ich persönlich mag es aber auch, wenn ich mit meinen Anfragen einfach zur Rezeption gehen kann. Das ist keine Kritik, sondern eine persönliche Vorliebe.

+ Отличные апартаменты, которые оборудованы всем необходимым, включая утюг, фен, бокалы для вина и всякие приятные мелочи. Четкие инструкции по заселению и отличное расположение. Завтрак по выбору в двух кафе - либо в самом доме либо в 6-7 минутах ходьбы. − Окно расположено в углу комнаты и из-за этого в апартаментах не так много естественного света.

Magníficos apartamentos muy bien, localizados, limpios y funcionales + La ubicación, la limpieza y la facilidad, así como la amplitud del apartamento, todo conforme a las fotos y a la descripción − Es todo a través de WhatsApp e-mail. Si quieres hablar con alguien en persona es algo difícil. Pero la realidad es que no nos hizo falta. El funcionamiento de la Wi-Fi no era del todo. Bueno, en ocasiones no había conexión a Internet. Pero podías conectarte a la Wi-Fi de otro apartamento.

Modernes Appartement für einen gelungenenen Stadtaufenthalt + Sehr schönes und komfortabel eingerichtetes Appartement, ruhig, aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Ein modernes Bad, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein sehr bequemes Bett sorgen für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Lokale im Umkreis. Zu empfehlen ist die Bäckerei gleich am Haus sowie das nepalesische Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe.

+ Fantastic location. Great space. Full studio with kitchenette near the harbor in a trendy neighborhood but still quiet. − Must have internet to use given there is no front desk. The owners are communicative but didn't realize importance of internet til j got there without it. Mostly my own fault.

リラックス + ホテルのように人の出入りもほとんどないので、とにかく静か。 お部屋もとってもきれいで、立地も最高でした。 一階のカフェは、雰囲気も朝ごはんもとても良かったです。 − 荷物を預ける場所がわかりづらかった。道路に面した門の入り口で建物の暗証番号を入れてしまったので、「luggege」サインがなかなか見つからず、午前５時に建物周辺をうろうろ。「ゲート入って左に曲がり、アパートの建物に暗証番号で入って右」と明確に示してくれたほうがわかりやすいと思います。
