+ Bella struttura con camere confortevoli. Centro di Helsinki facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La palestra è molto bella e sono disponibili due saune separate (maschi e femmine). Il parcheggio nel piano interrato è comodo anche se costoso (30 euro/notte) e con un'altezza minima molto bassa (1.70 m).

+ Locația foarte bună, personalul de la recepție, un plus pentru Luka! − Gym-ul era in cladirea alăturată, dar nu e neapărat o problemă.

Excellent (...for the pragmatic traveller) + easy going pragmatical setting with lots of facilities (a.o. ...a fully working kitchenette). recently renovated. decent location. supermarket 2 min walk. securized with card access. fabulous view from the roof deck. So if you too are a pragmatic traveller, this is gold! If you are looking for a plush hotel experience, this isn't it. − this is not a hotel. it's a place designed for longer stay, with (partly) furnished simple rooms. its quite unromantic. No tv in the room for example... If you get a room facing the street, car noise is absolutely horrific. self check in is troublesome for many. however, it's being done on only 2 ipads. You have to manually input data/take ID pictures for all occupants, code your own key, etc. some people are not so handy with this. It takes forever. they should install more check in stations!!!

Very happy with accommodations and location. Love that there's a cafe right in the building. + Very clean, well organized studio apartment. Good location. Lots of supplemental services for guests staying at aparthotel. − Really wished there was some kind of chair to sit in in the studio besides a hard kitchen chair

Ein Ort zum ankommen! + Die Lage war optimal, die öffentliche Anbindung war super. Man ist schnell von A nach B gekommen und beim spazieren gehen an tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten vorbei gekommen! Ambiente sehr modern, alle sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit! − Wir haben bei der Ausstattung übersehen dass es keinen Fernseher gibt, aber da gibt es schlimmeres ;)

+ Es un lugar muy práctico en el que tienes todo lo necesario para alojarte y disfrutar de la ciudad. − A pesar de ser una habitación muy bien insonorizada el ruido del frigorífico incomoda un poco.

Quite and relaxing stay with easy access to many attractions and port. + The property is close to the tram 4 (which leads to the centre of the town), ferry terminal (Vikingline), supermarkets and affordable eat-outs. In the quiete residential area. Staff were very helful. − N.A.

Excellent hotel and location. + Location was excellent, near boat, short walking distance to sights, 2 grocery stores close by. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, laundry facilities were wonderful and free, restaurants and shopping was 5-10 min walk. − There was a slight odor in the bathroom shower. A musky smell that was tolerable but didn't seem to dissipate even after using the shower.

+ The location was excellent—convenient and easy to access. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very pleasant. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and they provided good service throughout our stay. − The only area for improvement would be the breakfast. The options were a bit limited and repetitive, with the same items served each day. Adding more variety to the breakfast menu would make the overall experience even better.
