Hotel splnil všechna očekávání. + Hotel se nachází v té nejlepší poloze na prozkoumávání okolí. Vše dostupné, personál velice ochotný, pokoj vybavený vším, co potřebujete. Velice doporučuji a doufám, že se sem někdy vrátím, vyzkoušet saunu. − Není nic, co bych vytkla.

+ The position is very convenient: close to the train station and the shopping area but on a quiet corner close to a park. Our room was on the second floor on the street side but was very quiet. The room had a wooden furniture which was very elegant. The beds were extremely comfortable. I went to the women sauna which was simple but clean and quiet. − The bathroom had a bath tub. The staff was efficient and polite, but not very friendly.

+ The hotel is located right in the center and is very close to the train station, offering easy access to public transport and all major old town attractions. I was given a room with a lovely courtyard view, and they kindly extended my check-out time by an hour. − The breakfast had very few halal options and they were not clearly labeled. As a Muslim traveler, I expect at least a few decent, clearly marked halal choices, especially from a major global chain like Radisson. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a hand shower, which is considered as essential for modern hygiene. Management should definitely pay attention to both of these issues to improve the guest experience.
