+ Posizione centrale, la presenza della sauna − Siamo stati messi in un ala dell’hotel molto vecchia lontano dalla hall. La stanza non era di un 5 stelle ma a malapena un 3 stelle scarso, lavandino rotto, vasca bucata, porta del bagno rovinata e arredamento vecchio. Il prezzo di un 5 stelle per un 2/3 stelle.

Genial pero suficiente en limpieza. + Las instalaciones y la ubicación. Desayuno de 10. Personal muy agradable. − La habitación estaba muy limpia a la llegada pero no se limpiaba a diario durante la estancia. Los días que limpiaban era una limpieza insuficiente. El desagüe de la ducha con pelos de toda la estancia. La habitación a falta de aspirar. No reponían el papel higiénico. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas, al igual que el sofá cama donde dormían los niños. Un armario de 50 cm para 4 personas donde no nos cabía la ropa.

Extremely disappointed + Only the location, I didn't find anything else good − Unfortunately, the room was disappointing. The bed was large but very uncomfortable, the pillows were poor, and there was no bedside table. The room was also dusty despite having no window, which is especially disappointing. The bathroom needs attention: the door does not close properly, causing water to spread across the floor, there was mould and a noticeable sewage smell. The shampoo provided looked very cheap and was almost empty. The cleanliness of the hotel’s common areas was also poor. For example, the bin in front of the elevator was overflowing with rubbish, which is not acceptable for a hotel. Overall, the hotel gives the impression of a rushed or incomplete renovation, with a lack of attention to basic details and cleanliness.

Echte aanrader. + Perfect hotel, het is super luxe, vanavond een erg goede kamers. Goede brede bedden, met prima ligcomfort. Enorm centraal gelegen in het centrum van de stad. Pluspunt is ook de eigen privé parkeergarage van het hotel. Erge aanrader dus als je Helsinki wilt verkennen.

+ Posizione, colazione varia e abbondante personale molto gentile − Pulizia , su 4 giorni il terzo non hanno pulito la stanza e non hanno rifatto il letto e nonostante sia stato fatto notare e sollecitato,al nostro ritorno la stanza comunque non è stata rifatta

+ Jeden z ładniejszych hoteli w jakich byliśmy. Wszystko dopracowane i dopieszczone...od czystości po wygodę łóżek. Oczywiście obsługa rowniez na medal.

+ Huone oli viihtyisä ja hieno sekä tilava. Sijainti loistava ja hauska tunnelma hotellissa. − Aamupala oli pettymys, pekoni maistui oikeasti pahvilta ja paistettu kananmuna oli myös oudon makuinen. Olin todella pettynyt, toisaalta hedelmät olivat hyviä. Muut seurueeni jäsenet (5 henk) eivät valittaneet vaan pitivät todella hotellista.
