Fantastisch. Zeker een aanrader! + Het was geweldig! Ik ging een week alleen opvakantie (als 25-jarige). Super personeel, ze maken graag een praatje met je. Resort en kamers zeer schoon. Het eten is perfect🙏🏻 Nog een pluspunt was dat er een dame bij de receptie Nederlands spreekt, dat vond ik bij het inchecken zeer prettig. Ik kom zeker een keer terug👍 − Geen minpunten.

Fabulous hotel, excellent food and staff are exceptional + Modern and fancy reception, staff are exceptional and very friendly. Food was very nice, tasty and fresh. Lots of varieties of food throughout the week. Cleanliness was brilliant. − Ice machine was broken on our wing of the hotel and there was no ice machine on the 1st floor where we were, we had to go to the other wing which was far from our room for ice. We were given a ground floor room upon arrival with zero views, we had requested a high up room with nice views we know we didn’t pay extra for sea view but still when staying 10 nights we would have preferred a nice room. We said it to reception and they moved us the following day to a room on 1st floor which was perfect for us. No courtesy water at dinner was a shame, however it was there for breakfast. We still would have bought alcohol and soft drinks even if there was free water.

+ La amabilidad de todo el personal, la limpieza instalaciones ,tranquilidad . − Los espectáculos no eran muy animados por la noche Los artistas cantaban pero no había interacción con los espectadores. No habían juegos en los que se pudiera participar

+ emplacement top, très belle vue, la gentillesse du personnel, les activités, hotel très grand, grand choix de restauration − insonorisation, pas d'eau potable gratuite (y compris au robinet), pas d'activités sportive ou ludique, la nourriture était bonne mais sans plus

Afslappende, exceptionel og smuk oplevelse på hotellet med placeringen så tæt på The Dunes og havet. + Alt - simpelthen alt. Værelset var stort og med daglig rengøring; med aircondition - supergod seng - stort flot badeværelse og masser af rene håndklæder - smuk balkon og smuk udsigt over The Dunes og havet. Rolig stemning (only adults) og smukke omgivelser i hotellets 2 haver. De 2 pools var rene og varme, og der var masser af liggestole og bløde håndklæder. Vi havde bestilt ophold med både morgenmad og aftensmad som buffet - og kvaliteten og smagen var langt bedre end når vi fx fik frokost udenfor hotellet. Aftenunderholdningen dejlig varieret, og igen med god service fra de mange tjenere på stedet. Servicen var i top hele vejen rundt, og vi mødte altid smil og et hjælpsomt personale uanset, hvad vores behov måtte være. Faktisk havde vi allermest lyst til kun at være på hotellet og tage en gåtur gennem The Dunes for oplevelsen af at gå i et ørkenområde uden lyde fra mennesker og tra…
