Iberotel Makadi Beach + Our stay at Iberotel Makadi Beach was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout our vacation. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that suited every taste. Above all, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel comfortable every single day. We also sincerely appreciated the thoughtful gifts delivered to our room, which made us feel genuinely valued and warmly welcomed. Beyond the hotel itself and the services provided, what impressed us the most was the attention, dedication, and professionalism of the Guest Relations team, especially Madonna and Kathrin. Throughout our stay, we needed assistance with several different matters, and every single time we received their help, we were met with kindness, promptness, patience, and, most importantly, a genuine desire to make things easier and better for us. They helped us with making a reservation at the à la carte restaurant and also arranged a discreet and lovely surprise in our room for my husband's birthday. A high-quality resort offering great value and a peaceful beach vacation + Beautiful, well-maintained grounds and expansive swimming pool areas. Direct and easy access to a clean beach with great facilities. Excellent, attentive staff providing prompt customer service throughout the resort. High quality and variety of food options at the buffet and dining venues. − Peak hours at the main restaurant can get quite crowded. Wi-Fi connection can be spotty in certain outdoor or beach areas.

Séjour super agréable, hôtel magnifique, gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil, merci Mohamed. + Repas varié, de bonne qualité Belle plage propre et entretenue Ne se prononce pas pour la piscine car nous avons préféré la plage. La gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel, merci pour l'accueil de Mohamed et ses collègues, vraiment très apprécié. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!!

Amazing + Everything was great, amazing food with lots of variety. Great staff specially Mr Mahmoud from the reception who upgraded our rooms free of charge and Mr waleed in the restaurant. As well the head chef who was available in the restaurant all the time making sure everything is in order. Nice beech with a nice coral reef, great entertainment program everyday. Access to the aqua park as great as well.
