Хороший отель . Внимательный и приветливый персонал . + Очень хороший отель . Свой пляж . Приветливый персонал . Особенно отдельную благодарность менеджеру отеля Али, он помогал во всем . Подсказывал куда сходить ,решал все наши вопросы . С ним наш отдых стал намного лучше . Также отдельная благодарность менеджеру пляжа , у нас всегда были чистые шезлонги и полотенце . Кухня вкусная завтраки разнообразные.

إقامة ممتازة وخدمات استثنائية + كانت تجربتي ممتازة، وأود أن أشكر جميع طاقم العمل و اخص بالشكر والتقدير الأستاذة روان و الموظف احمد يوسف على حسن الاستقبال والاحترافية العالية في التعامل. تميزوا بسرعة الاستجابة، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والحرص المستمر على راحتنا وتلبية طلباتنا بكل لطف وتعاون. وجود موظفين بهذا المستوى من الأخلاق والمهنية يعكس صورة مميزة عن الفندق وإدارته، وكان لتعاملهم اثر واضح في رضانا عن الإقامة. يستحقون كل الشكر والتقدير، وأتمنى أن يصل هذا الثناء إلى إدارة الفندق تقديرًا لجهودهم المتميزة. − لا توجد لدي ملاحظات سلبية تُذكر، وكانت التجربة بشكل عام ممتازة ومريحة.

الاقامة الذهبية❤️ + اولاً ، الأخ أحمد المسؤول عن خدمة الغرف و المطبخ شكراً للطفك و أدبك و ابتسامتك الدايمة و احترامك انسان قمة في الروعة فعلاً أحد اهم أسباب اعجابنا بالفندق، ثانياً احب اسكر الاخت روان من الاستقبال على لطفها و حسن استقبالها و تواجدها في جميع الاوقات و ايضا الاخ اللي كان كتواجد في الفتره المسائية في الاستقبال ما يحضرني اسمه ،، شكرا لكم جميعا اسعدتونا بالاقامة 🌹 − ولا شي

Excellent stay in a great location + A small and very well-maintained hotel in the heart of Naama Bay, perfectly located for restaurants, shops and nightlife. Because of its central location, it can be a little noisy at night. The hotel offers very good 5-star facilities, with a beautiful swimming pool and access to a private beach area for hotel guests. Some of the furniture is starting to look a little dated, but overall the property is very well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention to Ahmed at the restaurant, who welcomed us every morning with a smile and was always incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. He really contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend the hotel.
