+ The room furniture is modern and cheerful. Breakfast is good. − Everything wasn't clean at all. They only tidy up the lobby but every other place in the hotel is dusty and there is rubbish in all outdoor areas!

The facilities were pretty, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful..I will + Peace and quiet just relaxing − The location and it need just a little update in certain places

لا بأس به + الغرفة واسعة والإطلالات جيدة − النظافة غير جيدة والحمامات قديمة ورائحة الممرات سيئة جدا لا اعلم كيف تم وضعه من فئة 5 نجوم

عادية + عمال تنظيف الغرف ( أميرة ) محترمة ونضيفة وخدومة الله يوفقها − الماء مفقود مثل الفضة الرومانية ! والنظافة بشكل عام مش ولا بد مافي نظافة

+ The plqce and stuff is nice just i prefer to follow instructions in the pool − In the swimming pool, they should folloe the restrictions some people were swimming with their clothes on , my son have energy from that , there was babys swimming with daipers and this is un healthy at all

Very bad with high rates - very disappointing + Only friendly staff - mainly at front line - receptionist namely ; Abdulrahman Nejem & Alaa Uraby − Very dirty and low hygienic level less than one star hotel - the floor where I was still under construction with a lot of bad paint smell . Unbelievable
