Prettig verblijf in een gastvrij en vriendelijke hotel. + Gastvrijheid en vriendeijkheid van het personeel. De kamer elke dag van nieuwe handdoeken werd voorzien en dat de bedden dagelijks worden verschoond dan wel opgemaakt. − Eigenlijk niets. De WIFI die soms wel dan weer niet beschikbaar was.

+ Midden in Hurghada! Zodra je de deur uitloopt, sta je direct midden in het bruisende leven van Hurghada. Alles is lekker dichtbij en de locatie is echt ideaal. Het personeel was superlief, vriendelijk en beleefd. Je wordt nergens mee lastiggevallen en ze zijn totaal niet opdringerig. Dat vonden wij echt heel prettig. Een fijne, ontspannen sfeer en absoluut een aanrader als je midden in Hurghada wilt verblijven!

+ Tesisin konumu çok merkezi, ancak bunun dışında otelin genel olarak yetersiz kaldığını düşünüyorum. Odalar oldukça eski, havuz da bakımsız ve eski görünüyor. Klima konusunda yorumlarda “motor sesi gibi çok gürültülü” ifadelerini görmüştüm ve açıkçası abartıldığını düşünmüştüm. Fakat yaşayınca çok daha fazlası olduğunu gördüm; klima inanılmaz derecede gürültülüydü ve rahatsız ediciydi. Odamızı yükselttiler, bunun için teşekkür ederiz. Ancak yükseltilmiş odanın durumu buysa, standart odaların nasıl olduğunu düşünmek bile istemiyorum. Odada internet çekmiyor. Bir turist için internet artık temel ihtiyaçlardan biri. Ayrıca odada ütü bulunmuyor; ücret karşılığında ütü hizmetine gönderiyorlar. Biz kıyafetlerimizi vermek istemediğimiz için bu hizmeti kullanmadık. Çalışanlar gerçekten güler yüzlü ve tatlı insanlar, bunu özellikle belirtmek isterim. Ancak çalışanların iyi ve ilgili olması, otelin genel anlamda yeterli olduğu anlamına gelmiyor.
