UNA FIESTA RUIDOSA EN UN HOTEL ECORELAX. + El alojamiento estaba bien pero fue incómodo, ruidoso y fuera de lugar − Hubo una fiesta hasta altas horas de la noche que molestaba al resto de huéspedes. Se trata de un hotel que presume por ser un alojamiento para el relax y la meditación. Cuando llegas te hacen firmar unas “normas de convivencia” para garantizar la tranquilidad. Nos pareció correcto porque sabíamos de su “filosofía”. El problema llegó cuando un grupo de personas terminó de cenar y el hotel había permitido un karaoke para amenizar a los de la cena y para no dejar dormir a los huéspedes del hotel. Pensamos que sería algo corto pero cuando llevaban más de una hora berreando, nos quejamos y aún así tardaron más de una hora en terminar su fiesta. La verdad que nos pareció lamentable, pero más lamentable fue su propuesta de compensación con dos vales de 20 minutos de masaje. Vamos a ese tipo de hoteles para descansar, si buscáramos fiesta iríamos a otros tipo de hoteles. C…

Desconexión y descanso total + El ambiente selvático frente a la playa! La desconexión es alucinante. Se descansa muy bien. − El pago, al ser elevado por ser un hotel boutique, debe incluir algunas amenidades más. No pueden cobrar por todo, eso arruina un poco la experiencia.

The balance between modern and rustic in the bathrooms. The mosquito nets above the beds. The variety of activities offered. − The billing service at the night restaurant needs some improvements. I got charged for something I did not order. When I realized that, I asked to correct it and it was quickly done, however this experience could have been avoided.

Great stay on the beach + Property is beautiful − The workers were not nice unless their manager was there. The lady who did my toe nails yelled at me when I smudged one by accident. They don’t provide spa shoes for after fyi. For the price, the pedicure was not good. Polish is outdated and color choices are low
