Buena ubicación para explorar la ciudad. + Bien ubicado. Pude guardar el carro en cochera. Tiene buen desayuno.

Super décevant et frustrant! Notre dernier séjour dans cet établissement! + Le petit déjeuner était très bien et la location également , à 1 minute de la zone coloniale. − La conversion à un taux réellement désavantageux du prix en dollars alors que je travaille en RD et n'utilise donc que les pesos (le prix avait 10 dollars de différence!). Booking m'avait annoncé le prix en pesos, en conversion honnête mais j'ai dû payer le prix majoré. Et le pire, est que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine d'une saleté incroyable et jamais nettoyée durant notre séjour!

Proximité pour visiter + La proximité avec le quartier colonial le port et le quartier chinois − Pas de wifi, ma chambre n’a pas été nettoyée, j’ai dû réclamer ma serviette de bain, lavabo cassé faut surtout pas s’appuyer dessus et fenêtre qui ne pouvait pas se fermer donnant sur un patio

+ Vlakbij het koloniale centrum. Op wandelafstand. Gratis drinkwater. − Kleine, zeer sobere kamer. Er werd gezegd dat er een zwembad was. De eerste dag was het water vies en smerig. De volgende dag stond er geen water in. Dus dit was geen toegevoegde waarde, het wordt wel zo aangeprijsd. De eerste ochtend was het ontbijt sober, maar voldoende; de tweede was er al geen fruit meer voorzien. Tussendoor viel de lift ook nog eens in panne...

+ Hallo ich habe für zweiTage gebucht und mir wurde bei der Ankunft gesagt das mein Zimmerni nicht zur Verfügung steht da Strassenarbeiten sind und kein Strom und Wasser da ist . Ich musste in ein andsres Hotel umbuchen das ca , ein Kilometer weiter weg war . Indem anderen Hotel musste ich 3000 Pesos bezahlen und die Taxi Gebühr für die Fahrt zu den andefen Hotel . Ich habe jetzt zweimal bezahlt wie bekomme ich mein Geld zurück ? Können sie mir bitte weiterhelfen .Mit freundlichen Grüssen − Obwohl gebucht keine Nachricht das die Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung stehen . Wie bekomme ich mein Geld zurück ?
