+ Todo el personal en el hotel excelente un trato espectacular las instalaciones bellas y muy bien cuidadas mucha seguridad Pero la comida de baja calidad y sin mucha variedad en desayuno almuerzo y comida eso es algo en lo que tienen q mejorar grandemente

+ We had a great time!! The staff was exceptional. The property and beach is like nothing I have ever seen. The food was good. The only problem that we encountered was with the electricity in our room and around the property. We couldn’t plug things in the bathroom because it was cause for the room to lose electricity. Thankfully the breaker box was inside our room and was easily restored. Other than that (which I hope they fix) it was great! Shout out to the employees who made it a great experience.

+ The toilet did not looked clean when we got there, I never mentioned it. They don’t have after hour food, so if you’re hungry yes you would have to go outside. The water was out for hours on the day we were leaving. Didn’t really have night entertainment like other resorts. It’s a little outdated for its cost.

+ This cozy resort is beautifully tucked between the lush mountains of Samaná and the stunning shores of Las Galeras Beach. The rooms, grounds, and pool areas were all well maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The buffet could benefit from more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days. Likewise, the bars would be more appealing if they featured a broader selection of well-known liquors and highlighted more of the exceptional local rum brands—some of which truly rival the best. Staff were consistently friendly and attentive, adding a warm touch to the overall experience. If I could rate it 3.5 stars, I would. Since that’s not an option, I settled on 3—but with just a few thoughtful upgrades, this property could easily reach 4.5 stars. It clearly has great bones, and like many places still recovering post-pandemic, a little investment could go a long way.
