Maybe I can go again + Good space in room. Clean areas − Air conditioning at room doesn’t work correctly. It was so hot while you was sleeping. Buffet area without air conditioning is terrible. The food quality, they need to improve the menu

+ I liked the variety of foods and restaurants. Most of the staff members were really nice and attentive. The yoga and dance group were the best!! Oh can't forget the check in and out was excellent. − The rooms had a mildew smell and needed remodeling

Good small family resort + The shows the music the bed fresh banana juice in the morning. − Tons of Seaweed in the beach and an unknown charge and no mini bar the coffee is from a machine. Pool closes early. No room service

The worst stay of my life + Location was adequate − The Service of Mr. Melvin who is the trainer at the gym, who not only yellow me, but also insulted me. I guess his attitude was influenced due to my time of arrival to the facility which had 1 hour to be closed and he may be expected to get out early. If you go to a small time of vacation is to be relaxed, to have fun and not to be insulted and with the fear of being hit by a person who should be responsible of making you feel comfortable.

Bel hôtel pour des vacances en famille + - Le personnel très accueillant et très souriant. Ils sont assez réactif en cas de problème - Le buffet (mériterait un peu plus de diversité mais pour nous c’était amplement suffisant) - Bel emplacement, dommage que les sargasses aient investi la plage − - La propreté des draps ou de la literie n’est pas au rdv. Nous avons eu des draps tachés, parfois des morceaux collés. - Pour les personnes de grandes tailles, attention aux lits de la chambre confort, ils sont assez petits
