Dirty room. Pee on the matress. No aircon. Dirty bathroom. Smelled old and mold + Absolutally nothing − Everything We did not get codes to get in. Almost used two hours to get in, and only got help from guests. There were pee on the bed. Mold?

Did not include parking + It was a good location and comfortable − I chose this stay because they included parking, but in the end they couldn’t provide any help so i had to pay normal city prices for a parking spot so be aware of the extra cost

+ The vicinity to the center. The coffeepods. − Felt not clean. Snot and other ”spots” found on the walls. Freezer had old frozen food that was frozen to the bottom. The fridge lacked door compartment for the milk (which led to the milk having to be laid flat and spilling into the fridge). Sofa was very uncomfortable for sitting. Soap said Meraki but had been refilled with something cheaper (cheaper is totally fine, but don’t try to present like it’s more exclusive than it is). Big recycling thing just outside that started making noise at 6 in the morning. Only one window in the bedroom was able to open. The other one was screwed shut. Blinder was broken. Once pulled down could not be opened again. All in all, an ok experience. But prob not when we where just 4 people living there. Way to expensive for the level of quality. Would not recommend.

+ Ease of getting in. No check in. Felt safe and comfortable. − I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be any staff on site (that’s on my for not reading that) and would have liked more towels and maybe the peace of mind of knowing someone was there if need be. Also the hair dryer didn’t get hot. Was totally fine in the end but other guests may mind more.

+ L’appuntamento era carino, ma veramente sporco… sotto al tappeto, spostato per aprire il divano letto, abbiamo trovato una ventina di sassi, pavimento molto sporco mai pulito, puzza di fogna nel lavandino, deposito bidoni tremendamente disorganizzato. Sacchi dell’immondizia buttati a caso fuori dai bidoni − La pulizia

+ Das Apartment hatte zwei Schlafzimmer, was ein Kriterium war. Insofern war die Auswahl richtig und das Apartment sprach auch den Bildern.

+ appartamento confortevole e adatto a 3 persone, completo di tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione, si poteva raggiungere il centro a piedi oppure a pochi minuti c'era la metro e la stazione centrale − niente

Abzuraten + Die Lage − Das Haus ist hellhörig. Die Ausstattung miserabel. Die Wohnung ist vom gegenüber liegenden Bürogebäude komplett einsehbar. Außer man verdunkelt die Fenster zu der Seite, dann hat man allerdings kein Tageslicht mehr. Küche, Essecke und Wohnbereich, sowie beide Badezimmer haben kein Tageslicht. Abflüsse im Badezimmer verstopft. Spülmaschine verkalkt. Besteckschubladeneinsätze in einem Schrank gestapelt.
