Beautiful apartment close to transport + Very clean and accommodating. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym and swimming pool were good too. − The spare bed was a little hard, the room was very warm, and only had fans for cooling.

Comfy and convenient apartment for two + The apartment was spacious and the bed comfortable. Close to the port so it was quick for us to taxi to our boat. A bit further than i thought to walk into the city centre. Takes about 45 minutes by foot. Easy walk to the grocery store. Washing machine was a good thing to have − A bit dated but that didn’t really bother me. We were on the 5th floor so couldn’t see out past roof tops. If you want a view i think you have to request the tower.

Agradável + A localização é excelente e o apartamento é bem equipado. Tudo muito silencioso. − Não ficou muito claro antecipadamente que o café da manhã não estava incluído. Algumas informações não foram bem explicadas no check-in. Durante todo o período que ficamos lá, não teve serviço de limpeza no quarto. E também não estava claro que não havia serviço de quarto.

+ Aparthotel in Nordhavn, frequent train and metro into the city within 10 mins. Cafe and restuarants nearby. Large room, full windows, and good view outside. Full service kitchen and bathroom, including washer/dryer. − Shower water not strong enough. Light switches is not located near the bed and the system is a little bit complicated. No physical separation between kitchen, dining area living area or the bed. Expensive, even in Copenhagen.

Excellent property for extended stay. + Easy access to transport --S-tog, metro, buses. Lots of storage for clothes. Very practical and comfortable for a longer stay. Weekly cleaning for 7-day plus stay. − Reception and gym not in same building as towers.

The staff were very friendly, and we loved the convenience to the metro and train station. + The location was great and the apartment was lovely and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would be happy to come back again. − We did not love the breakfast as it was not really kid friendly. Kids like very basic stuff and it was more like fine dining. Even when they had pancakes, the Nutella did not taste like normal Nutella. Kids are very fussy about stuff like that. We were very excited about having a toaster in the apartment, but when we tried to use it, it was smoking. We were therefore too scared to use it. When we used the shower the first time, my daughter found someone else's hair near the drain of the shower indicating that it maybe hadn't been cleaned properly between guests. There was a broom but no dustpan.
