Boutiquehotel im Herzen der Prager Altstadt + Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, nicht zu großes Hotel in guter Lage in der Altstadt von Prag, gutes Frühstück − Bei uns hat es bei starkem Niederschlag ins Badezimmer geregnet, Krisenmanagement durch Night Audit hat aber gut funktioniert. Sobald das repariert ist, würde ich weiderkommen.

A wonderful stay! + We chose The Icon Hotel to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary in Prague, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. We mentioned our special occasion when making our Booking reservation, and the hotel welcomed us with such genuine warmth. Even though we arrived very early, our room was already prepared, giving us a chance to rest. To our surprise, our room was also upgraded even though the hotel was fully booked. A special thank you to Eddie, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He recommended some wonderful places to visit, explained everything to us on the map, and even prepared printed recommendations for us. It truly made us feel very special and welcomed. The breakfast was also delicious and had a great variety of options. The Icon Hotel will definitely be our first choice whenever we return to Prague, and we would highly recommend it to everyone! ❤️

+ Yürüyerek her yere çok kolay ulaştık, kahvaltı yeterliydi (türk kahvaltısı beklemeyin yani), havular değişti odamız tertemizdi yatak çok rahattı kalkmak istemedik:)) personeller çok kibardı sürekli yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltıda omlet seçebiliyorsunuz genel olarak her şey çok güzeldi tekrar gelsem yine burda kalırdım:)) − Her şey güzeldi

Personal encantador y desayuno INCREIBLE + El personal super atento, nos dieron recomendaciones de la ciudad y nos guardaron el equipaje tanto en el check in como en el check out. Las habitaciones limpias y las camas muy cómodas. Lo más destacable el desayuno, increíble!

….und alles mit einem Lächeln !!!! + Die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit im ganzen Hotel ! Man geht sehr persönlich auf die Gäste ein und wir fühlten uns bei unserm Aufenthalt sehr wohl hier. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend - die Betten bequem. Das Bad ist mit hochwertiger Kosmetik ausgestattet und die Badetücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Das Frühstück war frisch und sehr schmackhaft. Es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und zugewandt. Am zweiten Tag wusste man schon, wie ich mein Omelette wünsche. Es ist eine Freude hier zu wohnen 👍!
